This is a self-serve drop off location so there weren't any personnel to speak with. When using the app to go through the self-serve drop off process the app crashed when I was in the section where you take/load pictures of the vehicle. When I reopened the app, it said I was done...but I didn't know what to do next (where to put the keys?...lock the doors?...anything else?). The best I could do was to get a call back from customer service 2 hours later, so I signed up for that. Meanwhile, we found a drop box for the key and hoped we weren't missing anything. When on the phone with customer service later she confirmed we were all good, but it was kind of stressful getting stranded by the app in the middle of the process.

Make a bigger sign to promote U-HAUL

Evelyn RNot a sole was there to help. Pick up time was 8:30. I arrived 5 min late due to traffic construction. The app wouldn't let me get the U-Haul keys. Kept saying awaiting approval. Sat outside for 30 minutes trying to get a representative on the phone. Lady on the phone was rude AF and told me I checked in late, she states I started the check in process at 8:54.. I was on the phone with her at 8:51. Makes no sense. Moving day is already stressful enough, not being able to get the truck on time and the rep giving me attitude, makes it way more stressful.
Stacey BTrying to reserve a truck through UHAUL'S phone ap is a joke! It took the manager of Cube Storage almost a half-hour to get the reservation done on her computer. I tried for 35 minutes to do the phone pick up and get the key and the ap wouldn't work! Finally had to call the manager at home and have her do it on her computer. When I tried to do the phone return for the truck, same problem. It didn't work!!! It is joke!
kathy mDid not have the moving equipment we paid for. Sent pictures, called and still no refund. Had to have tire changed before we could load because we arrived to find 3 deep slashes in a rear tire.
Wayne OSpent an hour and a half trying to do 24/7 electronic checkout as wouldnt "locate us"…. 30 seconds after downloading the app., no problem. You need to fix that glitch or provide app. For free and make customers use it for 24/7 service.
