This location was not the initial drop off. With my contract, the address was an address of a location that doesn't even deal with UHaul anymore. The other location your site offered, which was done the road about 3 miles down, and this location had just a sign in the door saying they did not accept drop offs there either. The sign advised to go to the route 9 address for the drop off which I did. This was another 5 -6 miles further. Once I got there, the personnel was very nice but not apologetic and they even charged me 10 miles above my 98 miles which was covered by my initial contract. I did not argue about the extra 4 dollars charged to me as this had been a long day for me already just didn't have the patience to argue.

My Rental Agreement was 98145194. I picked the trailer up at perhaps 1:00PM and within 2 hours received s call asking when we were planning to return it. Obviously, the other location wanted to “double rent” the equipment which is NOT good business. My husband called the store where we picked up trailer and the you Gerry lady knew nothing about the call. Needless to say, we felt rushed, ate lunch quickly and returned the trailer at or about 5;00PM. I don’t feel it was appropriate to approach us about a return time since we were well within the rental period and could have returned it late, next business morning. I would encourage you to reconsider your customer service approach. Your facility is immaculate, equipment appears to be in good condition but causing a customer to feel rushed simply isn’t professional. Thank you.
