My truck doors didn't shut well; the truck was rusty in various places. The truck broke down at a rest stop by Findlay. The roadside assistance gentleman informed me that the battery was from 2005 - ancient! I didn't feel I could trust the truck after that so I just drove it back to the point of origin (I had filled up the truck to get to Galion, OH) with an almost full tank. I was not able to complete my task for the day; inconvenienced. The lady was nice didn't argue with me when I requested a refund. She informed me that your company would be mailing me a check in the mail.

Taylor is the wonderful helpful woman who checked me in at my uhaul checking and she was amazing and fast at her job, i was early by 2 hours for my reservation, she didnt bat an eye, and was able to move up my rental and helped me understand there was a back up camera in the van and when i asked about a military discount she said your office didnt offer that however when i explained how my husband was in knee braces she helped me pick out a dolly for him and then she helped me put it in the van and i was in and out in 10 mins or less, the fastest uhaul has ever helped me ive used other locations where ive had good experience but this was amazing service and great no problem i can help you attitude. there was a guy working with her. he got the van for me up front since i was early but she was amazing and i appreciate the fast check out with the manager as well. he was kind and polite, fast service as well and when i raved about his staff being the best he agreed. which is great to know your manager values the staff he has. im glad i used a cargo van for first time with this wonderful uhaul team. taylor is by far the best experience ive had i will be back before first of jan to move my stuff out of storage and your location is out of the way from my move however i will be back at your location because of the service thank you

First of all the pick up was saying needs oil change so went in to ask the girl about it couldn't find her she was at Rite Aid. When I called to reserve the truck she asked me if I need anything like covers I told her no. She thru in a Dollie and blankets and charged me $10.00. So I wasn't very happy with the service at all.

One rental packet of the blankets, which were wrapped in plastic packaging, were wet and since I planned to use the blankets to wrap wooden furniture, I was unable to use them lest they damage the finish.

You tied up SO much of my money on my debit card I couldn't pay you with it. When the time came to pay it was declined because you already held all the money i had. Why couldn't your associate take the payment out of what you held (which was more than you needed) then credit me the balance? I had to go home for a credit card then wait until my debit funds were no longer on hold in order to get gas in my car.

The sales associate, Taylor, was courteous and helpful despite the fact I showed up 15 minutes before close. When I returned the trailer this morning- there was Taylor - just as pleasant as the night before. I have always had positive experiences when renting from the south end location but this visit was particularly smooth.

I still like this location, but, there was no walk around the vehicle. I felt comfortable with driving it but if someone else who has never driven a large vehicle did not get a walk around or explanation would probably not be very happy. Had an issue with my reservation being done through the app. So the clerk deleted that request and created a new. Cost me 10 more dollars but, I guess it was the only way it could be done.

The only complaint that I have about the experience is that I had set up a trailer rental online so that I could move some vinyl fencing and had made the arrangements to have the trailer for 14 hours. I picked up at 8AM and was never told that because I was bringing the trailer back after the close of business I would have to set up an account and check the trailer in on my own. Because of this I was basically charged double to have the trailer even though I put the trailer back in the exact spot I had gotten it from and put it back on the trailer stand... I don’t understand why this additional charge would not have been mentioned by the person that helped check the trailer out with me and hooked it up to my vehicle before I left. The charge honestly seems ridiculous to me considering I brought the trailer back early and put it away for them. All that had to be done is for someone to look outside and say “yep that’s the trailer”.
