I really appreciated the great customer service I received from Tracy Sr. who was working the day I rented a Uhaul van. He was courteous, quick and very helpful. I am 9 months pregnant and he offered me a chair to sit in while i waited my turn in line and he drove me over to my uhaul rental so I wouldn't have to walk. I would definitely recommend family and friends to this location and tell them to ask for Tracy Sr. !

Well the only problem I had that really had me worried was, The truck was in TOW HAUL, which made me scared, being that I was driving all alone, an I tried to contact the guys at the location, but you have to go thru a call center, I was in a panic thinking the truck was going out on me or was not going to stop.

Always wear a SMILE. Appreciate Matthew Manolujas, Mgr., E. Broadway/Woodville Rd., confirming why location address was changed and pickup time he corrected after my call to inquire as to why a different location and inaccurate pickup time. Tracy, Council Street, was very cordial, also. This hopefully is my FINAL move. Gracias.

I had to call customer service and wait on hold for over 20 minutes because online and uhaul app both would not let me complete the after hours drop off. I dropped it off 3 days ago and have not received my final charge.. I called the uhaul location to ask about how long it will take approximately and they said to call my bank and have them release the hold. I called my bank and they mentioned that it was very common for uhaul to hold the money for up to 2 weeks, and even when the bank puts in the request for it to be released it will continue to hold until uhaul does it. Not happy with this experience, they're holding on to an extra $100 in the middle of a very stressful move. Every other time I had a uhaul the charge was completed the next day, now they're saying it'll take 5 to 7 busniess days. Policies must have changed in the past 7 months?

The uhaul located on Reynolds Rd is much closer to me but no truck was available even though a week ahead, so instead I was sent to another location. The truck looked clean at first but when I drove away it had smudges & smells

When I got there, we had to wait for our truck to arrive. They took great care of us and offered us an extra day and mileage for our one way trip to make up for the inconvenience. Customer service in that aspect was great, just make sure you have a truck there when you're supposed to so it doesn't make an already stressful process more stressful.

I work with U-Haul fairly often through work and this is by far the BEST experience I have had at one. Best service I've ever recieved in Toledo. Rental process was quick, equipment was ready to go, and the location was well staffed. I will be coming back to Council St. any time I need a rental from now on.
