I am the person who rented the truck and paid for the service, yet had someone else as driver. Now my receipt information from you is addressing that person and not me. This is albeit a small frustration and doesn’t impact my recommendation of your rental service to others, it is what keeps this from being a 5 star review from me. Just because that person is the one driving, at my request, I should still be the primary person addressed by your corespondence.

The trailer needs its own jack. It's a real hassle for me to have to use a floor jack to lift it to hitch up or unhitch.

I followed the chart in filling up the gas at the end trying to get it to three-quarters full. seems the chart was wrong in measuring gallons as I ended up with the vehicle almost completely full. So I overpaid by probably $20 and there was no reimbursement or offer of a concession. I was also charged for the $7 Dolly which I did use but that would have been a nice way for them to make up for the stain of paying for too much gas. when I asked about the gas I was just going a short answer and it was the end of the discussion. Then I was also charged for the dolly! Pretty lame in my opinion.

They forgot to put the dolly in the back of the truck, and I had to come back to get it after arriving home. Other than that, very helpful, pretty organized, and flexible service. Thank you.

Disappointed in online app process to check out. Too many steps outside in cold near truck. Self photo and license photos and contract agreements could have been completed at home or in car prior to rental. Delay in waiting for online agent in freezing cold was not necessary. Renters should be allowed - even encouraged - to start process in warmth and minimize time getting key and doing truck inspection. Good concept but by time I returned the rental I had no confidence that it would be soeedy check in so opted out of online check in.

The mileage on my van was incorrectly input on my contract. I went inside and advised them. They made a note of it. I returned the truck after hours and received an incorrect charge by email. I called the facility and was assured they’d credit me for the error. They did not. I now have to call again. The current team seemed to be unable to handle my simple concern. I have used this location many times previously and have never had this problem.
