The which was in office that day she asked me money for reservations, and when I do I come to for check out she was there lock the office door and go some where else and didn't help me to check out me, so call the customer service wait for couple minutes to drop off the key I heard that's a good service but in this location the behavior of the lady was to much bad 😡

Need to improve customer interaction and letting them know all the info they need before they rent a truck ie return the truck procedure, website, etc
