I rented a Uhaul on Friday October 4th .I needed for the weekend. Drew who rented me the truck failed to tell they where not open on Mondays. I put the key in the box. left the truck there. I did not know I had to return the truck b the app. I was charged $84.00 extra dollars. I do not have any troubles renting trucks from Uhaul.

The mobile app needs much more testing, it can lose its place. It took us over 90 minutes with several support calls to figure out how to get the key to the truck. The padlock on the truck took 20 minutes of fiddling with it to get it to open, the rep expected a lock box (which there wasn't the key was in the back of the truck).

Luis RThe which was in office that day she asked me money for reservations, and when I do I come to for check out she was there lock the office door and go some where else and didn’t help me to check out me, so call the customer service wait for couple minutes to drop off the key I heard that’s a good service but in this location the behavior of the lady was to much bad 😡
Fawad NNeed to improve customer interaction and letting them know all the info they need before they rent a truck ie return the truck procedure, website, etc
