I wish there was a way to offer a discount for repeat renters on the u-haul rental or work out like a package deal which includes miles and rental for a good price.

I had a very bad experience with dropping off the equipment. Do not recommend to no one! Did not get a copy of the drop off location! Later when I checked my email for it it was to late to get any help ! We have to drive back 4 hours to drop equipment off and that was not in our plans nor our budget!

Be more professional, go over the mileage, fuel gauge and open the door to show how clean cargo area is, leave nothing undone so the customer knows up front about everything.

We had to go borrow an adapter to get the lights hooked up and the guy let us leave without checking. Come to find out Lights did not work on trailer once they were hooked up. We had running lights and a right blinker. Stop lights were not working properly and no left blinker or hazard light.

Difficulty getting someone on phone. Was told I would receive an email 24 hrs prior to pick up with instructions to get key. No email. On arrival, could not get key. Had to call a non local number to get help. They were very helpful.

The location is run from a clothing store next door to the listed uhaul location. A little confusing, not inviting. The employee was very polite and straightforward.

We ordered the truck for 7:30 AM. When we arrived, the keys were not in the drop-box. We called the location number and a man said he would contact someone with the keys to help us, but no one ever came, and we were unable to get that man back on the phone. We were not able to get anyone on the phone at UHaul.com either. All we got was a recording that played over and over and over again. We finally got our truck at 10:30, three hours after my reservation. The people who showed up to help us move at 8AM were upset, as were we. We were forced to move things by car and pickup trucks which took many trips. By the time we got the UHaul loaded, it was 96 degrees outside and everyone was overheated and miserable. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I had rented a van the day before and everything went very well. The truck rental was a nightmare. I'd like a refund on my order in its entirety. I will never use this rental location again.

Pigtail was broken on tongue of trailer and I specifically asked them to verify for my father in law and fiancé. When I return home I took one look at the uhaul pigtail a piece was missing from on the green wire. I had to repair it myself and then saw the bill that they had tried to charge insurance for 3 Days on a two day rental. To add, the attendant was not pleasant with my fiancé she mentioned. I’ll NEVER to business with this company in the near future. They should be ashamed of themselves and I am strongly considering a post to Facebook about the trashy service provider:

Service was disjointed: I was unable to reach representatives timely, and the pickup location site address is different from the listed site, which caused much confusion. Vehicle exterior condition was not stellar. The representatives ( located in the women's boutique next door to the listed address) who dispensed the keys and released the vehicle, however, were friendly and did their best..

The idiot managing this location jacked my rental up completely. He tried to charge me again after I had already prepaid. Then, he didn't have the equipment on hand that I had reserved. He didn't even know the difference between a hand truck and a furniture dolly. Last, he refused to give me a copy of my receipt and agreement, claiming that it would be emailed later. So now I've been overcharged for equipment that I didn't get, charged for not having enough fuel because I couldn't remember how much fuel was in the truck, and I have no proof to show it was his fault.
