Robert jDidnt speak to me or check trailer in when I dropped off early. I went back a second time 1 hr later to try to speak to them again, but they still would not. They didnt check my return in for DAYS, resulting in late charges to my account even though I returned it over 24 hrs early. They never contacted me about it. I had to call UHAUL corprate several times over 4 days to try to resolve remotely because I had already returned home.
