Customer service was impeccable. Nichole Stevens was/is an exceptional employee. She is very customer friendly, professional, smart, knowledgeable, compassionate and passionate about her job. I recently retired from a government position that I demanded Clients be treated with dignity and exceptional Custom service and NO was not in our Customer Service vocabulary. My spouse recently took his wings and my mother took her wings in August 2026. I was clueless on how to tow a UHAUL back to Ft Gordon GA. Nichole was my guardian angel in making the trip back to GA. I will be traveling back to TX and visiting Nichole.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulU-Haul changed my pick-up location, then cancelled the reservation. The customer service gal said she could not find my reservation, even though I gave her the confirmation number. Conveniently, the cost doubled. I had nowhere else to go, and needed to move forward, and she knew I was stuck paying their costs. Needless to say, I would not recommend this location.
Dan GCustomer service was great; they even had a guy to help hook up the trailer. trailer was clean and ready to go. Being a storage business and using a 2nd gen building, better signage and curb side needs some improvement. I would use them again.
Tim FThe office staff is outstanding.
Richard OLocation was just ok. Not a full service u haul facility.
