I currently have a dispute over a $50 cleaning charge that is not valid. For this reason I would not recommend using this location again. This is the first time I actually checked my receipt and to find this sketchy charge makes me want to look into all my receipts for Uhaul now. Never been changed for cleaning because I've never returned a truck dirty. I'm waiting for a refund.

Very exceptional customer service.
ELMA KThe person seem to not be trained on the process and was constantly calling someone else asking for help. The truck was clean. But had ants. Lots of ants. The man sprayed the truck for ants. But for two days I was fighting ants.
William PThere is a lot of trash on the ground where the trailer is parked, and it looks like someone may have used the trailer as a private place to shoot up as there was an empty wrapper for an alcohol prep pad inside, along with other trash in the trailer that I needed to clean out myself after renting. Owners at location were kind and helpful.
