Just rent out vehicles that have a battery that functions, please and thanks! Could not shut engine off during my 7 hour ride with my 88 years old father. When i did shut it off, had to get a boost.

Did not do the proper paper work and cost more cuz they didn't put us in the system when we rented and didn't give us a receipt when we ask . Worst experience ever highly not recommend. Luckily Enterprise Rental help us out and there truly amazing and so much better and actually know how too do a job correctly and proper. Highly recommended too go to Enterprise instead of U-Haul

Well the service from u haul technicien on the phone was horrible it took me 6 hour more on my trip because you could not have the trailer in valdor ive been a uhaul costumer for over a decade and i can say this was the worst what a joke it cost me 200 dollard in gas and u only gave me 60 dollars credit . the quote a had receive was not the same when i arrived in new liskard it almost cost me a 1000$ when the quote i had originaly from val dor to rimouski was 600 thankfully the employee there was able to fix it because some would of not put the effort to do it and would of make you pay more
Gabriel fThe truck battery dies 3 times before they replaced the truck with another one acknowleding that the battery was finished & suggested I use roadside assistance while travelling all the way to Toronto if the problem arose again. In the end they provided another truck, but this stuff should have benn tested & ready to go when a customer with a reservation arrives.
LARRY HNo vehicle was available at the area I chose months in advance when they called 2 days prior… drove an hour to pick up the U-Haul. Was supposed to pick up the U-Haul at 11:30am, the previous person did not return it until 3pm. Smelt like cigarettes within the driving area. The vehicle was left with 7miles to empty. Terrible service all around. I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone.
