Suzannah S.I wasn't told to be expecting a text for early return check in . I was told the seller had a Dr appointment and wouldn't be there when I returned in a couple hours and to just put the key in the drop box. Communication is everything I also asked for a dolly and did not get it to use. So that's my experience. Now Im out of $20 for not responding to a text for a truck I had 2 hour and 20 min.
