PERRY BI literally dropped my u-haul off 3 hours early and somehow they managed to say I dropped it off 2 hours late! If they think I’m paying a late fee they better not hold their breath.
Chelsey GI couldn’t upload photos when picking up the equipment. I took photos of the U-Haul before driving it off.
Ashley BMy experience was top tier except the actual scheduling of the truck. U-Haul has got to do better.
