The absolute only thing I could think of that could be considered a negative at this location is the lack of parking & tiny "parking lot." Other than that, my experience was top-notch. In-person customer service was A+

Kimberly L.The lady was rude to begin with and not very helpful. The cab of the truck was dirty and smelt awful. Also, we got the truck with a little over a quarter tank. We returned the truck with 3/8 tank which was more than when wr got it and still got charged for fuel. Never have we had such a bad experience with uhaul but definitely not returning to this location.
