Nathan P.We would recommend this location because of the location for many of our clients. The staff are always short with customers and not very friendly or helpful. It's almost as if the customers are an annoyance to the staff.
Cindy H.When I arrived, I had already checked in online, including uploading my credit card, and copies of my driver's license. However, I still needed to provide both, for pictures and addition to the account. WHY are we requested to do this prior to arriving if it is going to be required again after we show up? Additionally, scheduling should not be looking for equipment that is greater than 15-20 miles away from the requested location. This has been an issue on several occasions, and driving 35+ miles is excessive.
