I ordered truck for the entire day. Was 12 minutes late and they gave the truck away. The van they gave me was too small and made me take 3 trips. Not friendly and will rent elsewhere in the future.

Make sure management isn't too lazy to check the condition of the ramp. Also, park the van in a place where the customer has room to check the ramp. Mine was filthy with mud and I had to clean it myself just to use it. Also make sure they are consistent in checking the van upon return, cleaning it if dirty. I was charged to clean my van even though I brought it back better than I got it. It smacks of laziness at best and and price gouging at worst.

I had to change truck sizes at the last minute and this location was able to accomodate me and worked easily with me. Friendly and efficient through out the process.

The staff was very professional and helpful. It was really easy to pick up the truck and they explained the overnight drop off very well. When j dropped off the truck early they took care of the paperwork first thing in the morning and let me know that everything was good.

Worst customer experience of my life. App won't login, wheb I sign in on my laptop it throws an error for my card. Tried for an hour to reserve a trailer, finally was able to use the website but without logging in so i could input my CC. No explanation of benefits when I picked up the trailer. The trailer had a completely flat tire 20 minutes after I picked it up from the store. The store was closed right after I left, so I took a chance and drove my vehicle home (thankfully it didn't completely break down) while the truck and trailer followed uselessly behind. When I pulled in the next day to drop the trailer off, I explained the flat tire. "Ah, son of a b****." Was the reply. Seriously? That's the kind of outfit uhaul is? I asked for my money refunded for the flat since I couldn't use the trailer and her response was very rude "you should have called roadside assistance." Nobody explained that to me. In the past it's always been a packet. The dirty, trashy location with the painted over hertz sign in front made me think it might not be part of the package anymore. "It's in your email" I'm a pretty easy going guy. I don't need to be treated like a celebrity, just some reasonable customer service would be nice. Anyway, I hope you realize how this store is representing the brand. I'd still like a refund because I don't believe the tires were checked before I took it and only had a short window of help from a friend. Maybe I'll just start renting at Home Depot or somewhere else. Contract 20222849

I returned the truck in the evening and left the keys in the drop box. When I received the invoice in my email the next day they charged a $25 cleaning fee. I cleaned and swept the truck out before I returned it. If they were going to charge a fee regardless, I wouldn't have bothered.

You overcharged me. My furniture is covered in paint because the inside of the truck was painted and not fully dry. This was hands down the worst experience.

We had a major moving problem when our carrier cancelled on the day of our move. The 2 employees on duty the afternoon of 11/30/19 saved our day. They rented us a truck and connected with ubox to arrange our drop off. Thank you!

The lady helping me out was GREAT! My only complaints are; my reservation for a 17’ truck was NO good as they did not have one for me. Next, your website is terrible, and so is being transferred to the “central” reservations system! I want to talk to a person at a local brick and mortar business!

I was totally pleased with the whole experience with UHaul and Destination Rentals in particular. I had reserved a truck from another company who cancelled my reservation a few days before I needed it. Not only was I able to rent the right size truck from UHaul, the rental price was better! I am a very pleased customer and will rent from Destination Rentals again and will recommend them.

There were only two spots out front - so when another uhaul pulled up, I had to move my car in order to allow them in; we were trying to get the pictures to upload of the parking location, and that one step took more than thirty mins (the others were quick and easy).

The person there that helped me didn't greet or say hello until I said it on top of that I waited a few minutes before she even walk over to help and customer service was not professional like she was mad at the whole or sometime. After that when we went outside to hook up our tow dolly she was standing there and waiting for me to help, is that really our job to do that? This place needs a retraining for those workers!

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had with renting a U-Haul. Had I have known that they treat people of color differently, I would’ve never wasted my time or money with this location. The lady was rude, disrespectful, refuse to give any paperwork, and I had to call U-Haul customer service twice for them to get the paperwork for me. I was charge for gas when there was no gas that was used. I would recommend that someone go to any location other than this location as it is a complete rip off. I’ve never ever been treated with such disrespect and disregard as if I was less than a human all because of the color of my skin. I believe U-Haul should do an audit on this location and send in individuals or just make a call and inquire about a rental and you will receive the same experience that I have. I have talk to to customer service representatives who were extremely helpful, and the second representative when she called the location receive the same rude Kurt and disrespectful attitude and tone. I should have known or took heed when I walked into the location and seeing how messy it was and how rude the lady was. But due to the short notice I’m needing a truck I thought that maybe she had a bad day, so I let it go. Now I see, that she obviously has a True problem in dealing with people of color. I watched her deal with a Caucasian individual and he was treated with the upmost respect and courteousness. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with this location and a complaint with the attorney general. IF you have brown skin don’t ever rent from this place!!! Go to another U-Haul location!!
