The young lady working there was terrific but the truck had not been brought back to them empty or clean. There was ketchup on the seat and floor; there was some gooey substance on the steering wheel. I had to remove two pieces of furniture from it and sweep it out before I left UHaul. The fuel light was on (it had less than 1/16 gas in it). The windshield had so many bugs, I could barely see out of it. I'm very disappointed in the condition of this truck. I've been renting UHaul equipment every year for several years now and this is by far the worst experience ever. I'll be renting another truck in July. I hope it is in better condition.

The lady that rented me my Uhaul charged an extreme amount. The truck rental was only supposed to be $120 and it ended up being around $598. I believe the mileage was written down incorrectly. She didn’t seem like she really knew what she was doing either. I got a refund from the company of Uhaul for how much I was overcharged, but I was irritated nonetheless.

Provide trailer light wire ! One was missing on mine and cost an extra $10.00 . These should be provided !
Messed up our bill completely. Almost charged us $100 more than we owed because they had the wrong mileage in the system. Luckily, I took a picture of the mileage before and after to prove that we did not drive 100+ miles. Had to sit and deal with the misinformation for an hour while they figured out what went wrong.

Rented the uhaul on Friday in SPA and retuned it the same day in Sylva at this location. I was charged for an extra day which should not have happened due to the fact that it was only used within a 24 hour period. If the uhaul drop off isn't opened on the weekends then they should not be a drop off. I am requesting my $59.44 charge credited back to my account.

Ensure that staff are trained and know what they are doing. It took an hour to get the truck at the location and a hour to check it back in due to the employee not knowing what to do. I was also charged incorrectly, and I'm awaiting receiving a refund on the wrong charges. I could not recommend in good faith this location to a friend or family member.

The customer service rep was polite, concerned and frustrated. She, obviously had not been trained to perform truck rentals to an extent that was help. I do not blame her. She was doing her best. The person who was helping her on the phone from other Nathan's location left her hanging after helping a while and wouldn't answer phone (a Nathan's employee at other location.) This was a hour after I got there and 30 minutes after closing. She called Nathan who said on speaker phone, "Obviously, I don't have a computer in front of me. I will correct mileage on Monday. So, there I stood with a contract with incorrect mileage and incorrect fuel amount being told in essence trust us we will fix it when we get ready. All my plans where made, loaders and unloaders booked, Not a good place to be put in! There was another customer there getting the same service at that time. I hope she gives feedback too. You could improve your service but breaking this contract and giving equipment to someone who cares!

When I picked up the Tow Dolly the left tail/brake/turn signal light was not working. The U-Haul rep said he could not fix it because the light was riveted to the fender. He said U-Haul has to do all repairs. I was on a tight schedule, so I had no choice but to accept it as is. I was also told the charges would be $60, but the total was over $100.

Notify customer that someone will not be at the pick up location to meet help with hookup or checkin process. Check-in was done conveniently over the phone, however I was charged an extra $79.93 for an insurance coverage I declined during the online check-in.

In the middle of the night they send me a confirmation for a U-Haul 5 hours away because somebody keyed in the city wrong that I wanted to rent it from. Then I go to Nathan's Towing and they are not open so I call U-Haul and they send me to another place which is not open again I call U-Haul and they send me back to Nathan's which is there at this time and at that point he helped me get ready but it was extremely frustrating to start my morning an hour and a half later. When I called and spoke to a woman she told me when I write my review to say something about a $50 automatic rate something I'm not sure I'm going to be calling you guys today and finding out what she was speaking about. I have used U-Haul many many many times and this was extremely frustrating and it's not the first time things have happened but I let them go because I understand that all the equipment people talk about and things of that nature so

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I did not select this pickup location, it was assigned by U-Hauls website. It was an after hours pickup and drop off, requiring the use of a smartphone and the Uhaul 800 number. Worst service I’ve ever had. Wasted 40 minutes of my rental time. After returning the truck, the site went down and never recorded my return. Uhaul kept harassing me. I’ll never use them again. Horrible experience.
