Cashier did not mark truck as returned, had to contact support to avoid extra charges. Return procedure should be updated as not everyone likes to use apps or has the data to so.

JODY LStop charging so much, thought it was miles not km.had to pay Extra 700$ wow.
PETER LOwner made us wait over a half hour, while he was out for lunch, even though our reservation was for 12:30pm. Waited the half hour and came back. Door was locked. Owner finally let us inside. Informed us the UHaul reservation system was offline and he was unable to confirm our reservation to get the truck. Waited another hour inside the office with the door locked for some reason. He was finally able to access the system after an hour of standing in his office with the door locked. The credit card on file was declined. Asked to pay with another credit card using his POS system. He refused initially as he stated the credit card companies charge him fees to use credit cards. Argued with this gentleman for another hour. He finally allowed us to use his POS system but charged us a fee to do so. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF ANY BUSINESS EVER!!!! All told, what should have been a 20 minute interaction turned into a 2.5 - 3 hour delay in getting our confirmed rented truck. Just awful. Horrible experience with UHaul. Will never use again. Then, get a call from Customer Service stating the deposit we had made, will be MAILED back to us within 2 months. Again, cannot express how awful this experience was. Just floored a national company allows this to happen. This was for business use, and this experience delayed our productions 3 hours. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
