Was very easy to pick up/drop off the cargo van. The back needs to be swept/vacuumed out but my stuff was all wrapped so I didnt have to worry about it getting dirty. I recommend uhaul!

Make sure when someone has a reservation that they get the vehicle at the time they reserved for as I had to wait an additional 16 hours. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

The left a dirty mattress in the back I had to pay 50 to dispose of it because of cross contamination. I called them back and they wouldn't come pick it up when it was only 22 minutes down the road from that location and I had no other way of getting it back to them not impressed at all.
Mileage was off when we picked up the vehicle, had to wait 45 minutes on hold w/ customer service to fix the issue. Took about another 15 to communicate with them. Lost an hour of moving time, extended the return, was also charged extra $ for the rental.
Find a company to operate your franchise, the girl argued with me on the amount of my refund, tried giving me back the cost of the rental out of the 100 deposit instead of the remainder. Very rude.
Make sure you send me to the right place to pick up the trailer ... other than that .. it was great
Store did not open a specified time; had to wait outside. Garbage left in cab & box. The vehicle was definitely not sanitized after previous rental. This should be priority, especially during a pandemic. Truck ran well, no mechanical issues. No windshield wash.

Truck was dirty inside pop bottles coffee cups sticky, no windshield washer fluid, rented for a day and had a text msg wake me up at 12:30 am saying it was due back after only having the truck for 3 hours. the owner of the store told me it was $117.00 for the day unlimited km then when I brought the vehicle back he told me that that was just an estimate what she thought I was going to drive and then fought with me telling me he didnt say that when he did in the end it was 182.90 I can rent a box van for 100 dollars a day unlimited kilometres at discount car rentals. We are a cleaning business and use box trucks often 2 or more times a month and I will never be back to u haul again.
