The store opens at 10, yet reservation can be booked for the earlier time. Mobile pick up is not available, even though it doesn’t tell you so, until you’re ready to pick up a truck. The back of the truck was messy, even though all I had to move is a brand new couch from the store, I still cleaned the back from soil and grass from the previous customer; otherwise I felt like I’d be blamed for the mess. The tire pressure message was appearing on the dashboard. The lady providing the service was not exactly welcoming type of character either.

Ruth CipakHad a flat tire which we tended to ourselves. The gentlemen at the gas station put about $25 - $30 more gas than was needed snd there I'd no refund for that. I need to rent sgsin in the up co.ing weeks and could not even get a credit. Other than that everything was great!

Kirk MullinsMy rental wasnt till 4pm so by then the snow from the previous day should have been cleared off the trucks.. i had to climb up best i could reach to wipe snow off hood, lights, tailgate, window n roof with no brush or scrapper.. also halfway up calves in snow to get to it. There was rental receipts from 2 other people left in front with tim hortons bag between seats, food wrapper under the seat, food receipt behind passenger seat. I cleaned it all out when i brought it back. Also tire reads low add air had to take it to garage for air and tank was half full so ended up spending more trying to guess how much i used and ended up putting more gas into it then it had when i got it.. i was good with the other experiences i have had in the past but this was not pleasing at all

I was paying 100/hr for the 3 guys per guy I hired, I asked them to be at my house by 9:15 and they were there. Had to pay them $75*3 for no reason! Highly disappointed by U-haul
Gobind SinghI would like suggest, Keep open all store at Saturday and Sunday at least until 6.00pm or 7.00 pm because during weekends people like to shift their stuffs but some of your station is closed so we have to go where ever the location is opened. Other then that everything is perfect.
Saravanaan M. S.Can do a better job of cleaning your moving trucks. Floor of truck needed a good sweeping out. Had to pick up truck in one place and tow trailer at another. I reserved truck and trailer a month or so in advance and should have been together on site at time of pick up. Also when I went to pick up truck on day of my move I couldn’t be found in your system which caused me great anxiety. Used your service before and tried to ding me for a piece of equipment that I never received. This time tried to ding me for additional days when truck and tow trailer were returned the day of agreement. Perhaps maybe not make small businesses part of your business maybe this is where so much confusion comes from?

Cost me $81.00 even after I mentioned that I was not aware the truck was going to measure in miles especially when I was quoted in klm by the worker!!!! Very rude and disrespectful towards me when I asked the questions of how that’s fair we drew up a contract in kilometres and now you want to charge me in miles costing me $41 over

Charles PetersThe location doesn’t have any means of using debit as a method to pay for your equipment. The worker had to use my phone to login and get the pickup process started. The worker also didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He also charged me $1.43 a km instead of the $.89 that I was quoted when I made the booking. Definitely was not impressed at all.

John MacDonaldI would like a call back and a partial refund. The 10ft truck was what I was given. It was beyond dirty inside , the cup holders were covered in food and dried liquid. There was stains on the plastic flooring and ash from someone smoking in it. It stunk so bad of smoke. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. I had to drive with the window all the way down and I still had a reaction. When I complained to man at the store he said to call you as he does not deal with anything. He can barely speak English and has horrible sense of wanting to do anything at all. I would like some of my expense compensated as I am beyond angry. I did take pics of the inside to show how horrible it was. Worst experice ever. It also took him over 45ins to complete the booking that was already done over the phone.

I spent about two hours in there because they were saying the truck I rented is only for intown use and they had thought I was doing one way. It took almost two hours of saying i will be returning it there, offering a different truck for a higher price and a different location for them to finally say that I can use the truck I had originally rented/looked for . Cashier was friendly though lol

THEY HAD NO ACCESS TO THE RECEIPT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THERE WAS NO QUALITY TO THE RECEIPT. ALL YHE CLERK COULD GIVE ME WAS MICRO RECEIPT AND THE CLERK PRINTED ONE OF HER PHONE FOR ME. THEY CAN READ MY CREDIT CARD CLEARLY BUT I CAN'T READ RECEIPT THAT THE NUMBERS ARE ON.

( I have pictures of what was actually in the tank ) a dolly was not available at this location which being a single person moving made things more difficult and had to hire help which I didn't have in my budget . Buddy went to charge my credit card with out even giving me a total. Will not use this location again I love the company it's self very convenient and affordable but this location was dirty and won't recommend

I booked and paid for an appliance dolly and didn't get it so had to pay another $35 to rent one from home depot. Tool 40 Mins to get the truck even though I booked a 20 footer n got a 15 footer which means 3 trips instead of 2. Then to return the truck it took almost an hour to return it as the app would not upload pictures and the employee was dealing with 1 person trying to rent and 3 people trying to return. It cost me almost $220 for horrible service.

CRAIG FARMENThe back of the van was still wet and covered in mud. Also rented the vehicle with half a tank of gas and returned it with the same amount as what was in it when i picked it up. They lied and said it was a full tank when i picked it up and then tried to charge me 110 dollars for gas . I will never be using uhaul's services again after my experience today. And warn everyone to request to checknthe gas level before signing the contract.

Sean McRaeThe vehicle mechanically was in great shape and was of no concern. The interior of the vehicle was disgusting. There seemed to be melted gum on the center console, a used mask from a previous customer, a McDonald's coffee cup that was half filled, a used disinfectant wipe lay on the center console as well. In the back of the van there was a yoga mat that had seemed to be dry rotted. The seats were filled with a disturbing amount of what looked like pet hair, there was also a beer cap from a beer bottle in the door pocket of the passenger door. I would recommend a thorough clean on this vehicle

I called them back and they wouldn't come pick it up when it was only 22 minutes down the road from that location and I had no other way of getting it back to them not impressed at all.

WATHERBEE CLIFFORDTruck was dirty inside pop bottles coffee cups sticky, no windshield washer fluid, rented for a day and had a text msg wake me up at 12:30 am saying it was due back after only having the truck for 3 hours. the owner of the store told me it was $117.00 for the day unlimited km then when I brought the vehicle back he told me that that was just an estimate what she thought I was going to drive and then fought with me telling me he didnt say that when he did in the end it was 182.90 I can rent a box van for 100 dollars a day unlimited kilometres at discount car rentals. We are a cleaning business and use box trucks often 2 or more times a month and I will never be back to u haul again.
