The best experience I’ve ever had at a U-Haul facility. The owner knew exactly what he was doing, communicated every step very clearly, was personable, was a good listener, was very efficient with getting us signed in, did not discuss his personal problems which is pretty common at these locations. Outstanding experience.!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTruck was clean, and it was in a great location for where I was going but it had no signs saying it was a Uhaul location, off 36/3 outside of sunbury it was in a drive thru beer and wine store, I picked up the truck with 40 miles of gas, less then 1/4 full, I had to drive to fill tank, had to drive 20 min out of my way to get gas, was afraid I might run out of gas before I made it to a gas station to fill the tank which was $144.00 and all I got for it was $30.00. I have used Uhaul for all my moves and I have always returned the truck with same amount or better, and I have never seen a truck have that low of fuel. I’m asking for at least $50 more back for gas I can send you the receipt if needed, thanks
Andy MThis location he didn’t explain things and did every check for us, had us skip over multiple photos. He didn’t explain that there was a deposit. We also requested an appliance dolly and he said he doesn’t have that and I’m sorry. Will not be renting from there again.

Tarya HU Haul at Westerville Mini Storage gave away the truck that i reserved after i had already drove 2 hours away and showed up there. They informed me of giving my truck away 15 minutes prior to my pick up time. I then had to drive 30 minutes back the way i originally came to pick up a replacement truck that they wouldn't give me because uhaul had not informed them of the situation. After another 45 minutes uhaul confirmed with MJ's and we could finally get it. UHaul informed that i would receive a $50 credit for the inconvenience and extra miles but i seemed to have received neither of these. Going forward I will be using other local and non local options for moving and i will be sharing my experience with friends and family. I will also be sharing my poor experience with my customers, as i am a letter carrier in a town of 25000 people.
