Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAlthough there was a "Zoom" representative available, there was no actual physical attendant available for questions and the pick up process as indicated on the website. We specifically chose the that site and waited until 9:30am to pick up the truck and supplies because it was advertised that an actual physical person would be there for the check out process. There were questions we had that the "Zoom" representative could not answer and caused us to have to wait for that person to get in touch with the property site manager, which caused a delay in us being able to complete the check out process.
Bradley SThe drivers side rearview mirror is loose and would not stay in position at highway speed. The A/C system was not operating properly.
Charles WThe lady was super nice at Midgard. MY only issue was that the previous renter had put a piece of glass on the over cab shelf and it was shattered, but they treated me right on it.
John VThe location we went to was closed, the 2nd location couldn’t take it, the last location we went to directed over the phone to park it a put the keys in the drop box. The truck was good and clean but the service at both locations was terrible
