I booked for a different location, but my reservation was switched to here. The True Value staff was freindly trying to assist my check in, but they didn't have the training for Uhaul services. The person supposedly in charge of Uhaul was not available to assist and could not be reached. A manager from True Value had to come in on their day off to assist. On top of this, it took an hour of being on the phone with multiple member representatives to find any solution. I greatly regret using the in person check in for this location, and my experience has me questioning using Uhaul again. Thank you to the True Value staff for their assistance in this stressful situation.

Young guy at location was less than helpful. Older man helped a lot!
Mark FU-Haul needs to quit doing business with Brandon and his team from the True Value Country Store to help the next U-Haul customer. I will be trying Budget Truck Rental the next time I need a moving truck. After my interaction with the employees at the True Value Country Store, I may never do business with U-Haul again.
