There wasn't a U-Haul person on site when I turned in the truck. However the U-Haul app combined with leaving my information at the store, I was easily able to close out the account.

Thomas Z.The people present had no idea on how to receive the equipment. I'm still not sure it was done correctly as I was told that getting it in early would bring the cost down, but I haven't seen any sign of that yet.
jason B.no one there offered to check the vehicle when i returned it. was told someone would check it the next day. i took the time to leave a list vehicle needs for safety. i called the next day to make sure i was finished with everything- the person i spoke with,at that time could have cared less that i wrote a list of vehicle repairs needed. another horrible experience from a very sub standard rental company.
