I was disappointed I had running light problems and they still charged me an extra day for being a couple hours late

I had to do an after hours pickup. When arriving app did not work. When calling 800 number and after talking to 8 different reps and one hour and twenty minutes later just to be td that app shoukd not have been downloaded with google chrome it doesnt work. Left with no truck only to return the next morning at 7 am to pickup truck. Told manager what had happened nigjt before and not even a thought of any type of compensation discount let alone never even apologized for the inconvenience. Oh well I see uhaul has fallen the way of the rest of society ha-ray for me and screw you Thank you for your time.

Your phone, customer service is terrible. 1 out of 5 stars. Thanks to the employee in the store we were able to figure out why I was overcharged. Customer service kept on telling me what do you want me do? And interrupting me, Terrible. Turns out that I picked up the van 15 minutes early and it charged me for two days of rental. Keep a very close eye on what your contract is, and what you get charged.

I originally made the reservation for pickup from another site (Hudson, OH). My confirmation had the Hudson site listed. I and another customer that morning never received an email or text stating that pickup of our rentals would be in Streetsboro. The Hudson manager had to find out for us where our pick up sites actually were.

I am so glad that I found this location online. All of their trucks, which were numerous, were clean and well-maintained. We had our selection of trucks to choose from. We were allowed to upgrade on the spot when it was apparent that I had underestimated our needs. The supplies for sale and for rent were numerous and I found everything that I needed. The employees were truly professional and a joy to work with. This is an excellent location to fulfill your moving needs.

When I went to the store to reserve a tandem trailer for use the following week I was told the trailer was scheduled to be rented at 6:30 PM the same evening I planned to return from my scheduled trip. I told the U-Haul rep. I would have to unload the trailer upon returning and wasn't sure I could bring it back to be rented by 6:30 PM the same evening. He said it would cost me $50 additional if I failed to return it that evening and brought it back the following morning. I said I would try, but if he had a customer coming to rent it and it would not be there, he better get another trailer in to rent just in case, so his other customer would not be inconvenienced. When I came to rent the trailer the following week, I was told by the manager "the trailer must be returned before 630 PM" since it was scheduled to be rented. I told him I had mentioned the problem to his employee about not being sure it would be back at 6:30 PM, and he said he would mention it to his staff so in the future they would not book rental equipment with such short turnaround times. But......he insisted I must return this trailer in time for his 6:30 customer. That made me mad and I told him so. I have rented from U-Haul in the past but this inflexible position has made me rethink my need to use U-Haul in the future. There are other places I can rent a tandem trailer and you can be sure I'll be talking to them in the future. I've been renting a tandem trailer each year for the past 3 years from U-Haul to make my annual trip, but after rushing back, working like a beaver to unload the trailer and rushing it back to the lot so I didn't disappoint the 6:30 customer of yours, I'm too frustrated and annoyed by the store managers lack of personality and understanding, and his failure to plan ahead and get another trailer in for his 6:30 customer.

The truck was very bouncy and uncomfortable. Due to this I brought it back to the pickup location to exchange vehicles and was told they all have the same problem and that the ride would smooth out after I reach a speed above 40 miles per hour. That never happened. On the road I called road side assistance to enform them that the truck was riding really ruff and I was not going to make the drop off location due to being afraid to drive the whole distance. The call was never noted in the system by the operator. The operation was helpful but failed to make notations in my file. Additionally o am still awaiting a call from a manager that has reviewed the call. In the future if a customer returns a vehicle to exchange it for a safe truck it should be honored.

The workers at the streetsboro location were great. Although dealing with the people at the call center was awful. It took 3 separate attempts to schedule a rental. One of the times I tried dealing with them the call dropped and they had my phone number but chose not to call me back and I had to wait on hold again for over 5 minutes to even speak to someone.

I used to get dodge spymaster van from you and you switched to Gmc. GMC is not nearly as nice a vehicle. Service was excellent at Streetsboro however GMC van was Fair at best. If you would like to discuss further. Call 440.384.5126

Have truck ready at pick up location requested. Don’t change pick up time then cancel reservation and make customers pay for two days but not be able to have it for two days. Overall not happy with experience and will probably not rent from uhaul again

I rented a trailer that had to be rented for a business situation and my truck had a wire issue due to a bad ground . Thankfully Adria was able to test it to confirm it was my truck and allowed me to use a couple tools so I could fix it right there and get on my way. Very nice service . Thank you Adria.
