Leave a little more room for driver to get into the vehicle. Truck beside was parked close and not all customers are thin like the staff.
Rented cargo van and rental unit for items we were picking up, got back to Uhaul only to find out our reservation was not kept or was not showing so they rented the unit, we had to scramble to find a unit to empty cargo van thus putting on more kms than needed. Deeply disappointed.

I want to say only one thing. There is a weird pull to the right when driving more than 100 km per hour. I would check this out to make sure it is ok for the next person.
I tried to check out when I brought my vehicle back and the representative took 30 mins to check me out. It was super frustrating. I rented the truck for a couple hours. It took 15 mins to get the vehicle and 30 mins to checkout. Unacceptable. Should be a much quicker process.
Truck was absolutely clapped, whole front end would violently shake if doing over 70km/h
Even when the representative put a note on my file not to charge the credit card, that I wanted to pay by debit the following day, for some reason the credit card was still charged! So it shows that the company itself can't follow simple instructions when your employee's put notes on the file.. I booked online with a credit card, I shouldn't have been asked to provide the card in store, I was under the impresssion things were paid for when I reserved the booking, however apparently the company will only hold the reservation with the card but not actually bill it which became inconvenient! Should change the policies! And I've rented from the same location a couple times, why I wouldn't be stored in the system as a renter with my licence already provided was inconvenient as well.. but you'll charge me more for gas if I don't bring it back exactly at same level even it's $5 short on gas you'll charges me $50 which is a joke...

More helpful return process when location is open
60.00 retainer for a utility cart seemed a bit much for a $10.00 rental.
The two ladies that worked there and served me were very good at what they did.
It took me two hours to get my truck, as there was a system error which showed my reservation is expired and after holding call on call center queue for 2 hours I was able to get my reservation. Call center queue time is pretty long and it disturbed my whole movement plan.
The ladies I dealt with at the desk were friendly efficient and excellent all around.
I originally attended the U-Haul at 524 upper Wellington in Hamilton. I received TERRIBLE service while there. I reserved, paid for and sent my personal vehicle away only to find out they didn't have the keys to the truck I had rented and paid for. They offered my no solution to my problem, were unprofessional and rude. I then went to the 130 Upper Centennial location and dealt with Morgan. She was absolutely FANTASTIC! She had me in and out quickly and professionally. When I returned the truck I was met by a young guy who treated me like an old friend. He checked me back in, checked over the truck and I was on my way. I will never go to the Upper Wellington location again, even though it is very close to my house. If someone, store manager etc, from the upper Wellington store would like to discuss this I would be happy to. I don't want to sound like a â€œcomplainerâ€ but I think it's important that a store owner knows what the staff are doing and acting.
U-haul screwed me i will continue to warn anyone I meet to never use any uhaul services
I rented a 9' cargo van and requested to pick it up from the Big Bee 1528 Barton St E, Hamilton location for Saturday, October 24 at 9:30 AM. The time and location were confirmed twice by email and by voicemail. I arrived at the pick-up location at the designated time to find there was no van. I called to enquire where the van was and I was told I have to come to the 130 Upper Centennial Pkwy location to pick it up. I had to find an alternate means of transportation to get to the new location which set me behind an hour on the day. Why would u-haul confirm the pick-up location twice and not give me advance notice that the van would not be there afterall? I also notice the interior of the van was still being cleaned when I arrived which was at 10:15am (45 minutes after the 9:30am booking), which implies the van wasn't ready for me even if I had miraculously shown up at the other location at the time of my booking. Not happy with this service at all. I have to move my parents into their new place next month and I will not be using U-haul again.
not much. i have found this location to always treat me very well. even though i checked my wiring at home we had an issue with the trailer lights. michele through some trouble shooting found the fault was with my plug an the vehicle she found a plug in they found a plug in the shop replaced the plug on my vehicle and got me underway in a safe and timely manner. and dropping off the trailer was very quick and easy. the only thing if i could change here is the drainage in the yard so your employees are not working in so much water. it would not be hard to achieve this with a small excavator and a parking lot drain from home depot or tile drain the area with tile drain like that around a house and some gravel. would make it much safer for your employees and customers.

everything ran smoothly and associate who assisted was very friendly, kind and helpful.
The overall rental experienceÂ was great.The only issue I have is with the large puddle in your back parking lot.Â Two of your employees had to step into the puddleÂ and get wet feet to connectÂ and disconnectÂ the trailer.Â You need to either fix the drainage or supply your staff with rubber boots.
