After reserving our truck and 2 auto transports online, We flew in to pick up our rentals. We went to pick up a 26' truck and they closed early (6pm) but their hours say they close at 7pm. After calling several times and leaving messages, we left to go to another location. After about 20-30 minutes, someone called me back. They told me keys were in the lock box 3. We returned to their location to get the keys, but no keys were in lockbox 3. We called, texted, and left messages again. Finally they told us to check the key return box. 4 hours after our reservation pick up time, we finaly got the keys. Nobody checked us in. Nobody was there to answer our questions. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. We will never use Uhaul or any of its affiliates again. We had to pay our movers an extra day. We did not get our 2nd auto transport, and they did not get the return date correct.

Edward MThe app wasn't working correctly along with myself their was 3 other families on the phone with customer service either trying to locate the keys, complete the verification process. Everything is handled through the app. There's not face to face interaction.
