The host was excellent truck was clean , I think the truck needs serviced because makes noise when changing gears,in it burns gas very quick, over all well perfect

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCouldn't find location originally. No one was in the office when I got there to help me get into the truck. App did not provide lock code, I had to call customer support to receive it. Truck had no gas. I didn't receive the dolly I paid for.
Andre GNote: To Whom It May Concern at U-Haul Corporate Office: I will be calling corporate office about this location and the 15-foot truck that we reserved. After being with U-Haul now for 4 years plus this is one of the worse location and truck that we have ever reserved. I have pictures where there were 2 bloody mattresses still in the truck and the location rep asked me and my team to empty out the truck (which we were reluctant to do but didn't have any other choice as they had no other 15-foot truck and we were already behind to get to our customer). The inside cab was also dirty and the steering wheel had something sticky on it as well. On top of it all was that when we got the truck it was only 13 mile to empty as gas was low. We had to put in at least $25 worth of gas to help get to our location and the rep stated that our initial invoice total was around $38 for us to use the truck for 4 hours which we used. Now we get the receipt and it's a total of $119.33 charge to our card. I feel this location is not being honest with the charges and especially with dirty trucks. I personally would like for my company (Loves Moving Services) to be refunded to the fullest from these charges. Can someone within your corporate office please call me back asap as I would like to take this issue to the next level. Harlie pThe equipment I ordered wasn't there but I was charged for it. Please make sure the customer is not charged for equipment they didn't use. Also it took 3 hours just to pick the truck up.
