The truck was at 1/4 tank of gas at pick up. More gas in the the tank would be better. The gate to the parking lot was locked and no one was on site to unlock it at the time of my pick up reservation. When I called Andersons Towing for help they let me know they were closed and no one could come to open the gate. I had to call UHaul to get help. Once I got the truck the hand cart and blankets were not inside, so I had to drive to another Uhaul location to pick those up. This made me about 40 minutes behind schedule for my moving day. Having the truck in an accessible location, reserved supplies inside, and gassed up ready to use would be better for the next customer.
