This location was just fine. I chose desk pick up but the only option seemed to be pickup through the app. Luckily I am tech savvy but if this was someone older or not experienced with the UHaul app it would have been very confusing as there was no one at the desk even during the posted hours
Tyler RThe pick up was easy. The truck was clean and ran good. My only complaint was the droop-off location was not your standard U-haul rental , more of a car rental place and it was actually closed upon drop off. We used a (Key Drop Box) and submitted pictures to someone online of the truck’s return condition.
CLIFTON WThe absolute worse rental experience ever! No physical location, the number listed the person that answered was clueless. There were no directions to where to retrieve the keys for the truck. The person that answered the phone had no clue where the keys were. I had to ask the business next door if they happened to know where they kept the keys. A process that should have take 10 mins max, took more like an hour!
