Everything needs improvement. I drove by the U-Haul in Apple Valley bc it’s literally next to my storage unit just to see if they had a truck for rent. And that being said the customer service said they didn’t have a 26” truck to let me use. Bc I know that the Apple Valley store always has trucks for rent bc there’s literally 2 outside with RENT ME signs. Apparently they forgot they had those two 26” trucks. Made me drive an hour to another destination to pick up the truck. I even called them before I left to confirm that the truck was there, customer service representative said yes it’s there. I get there after a hour drive. That place said they’ve never had a 26” truck. Called customer service back again & they had me drive another hour away again to pick up a truck at another location. And they didn’t have my dolly to move appliances that I ordered. Total bull crap on U-Haul. I will NEVER use U-Haul ever again and do NOT recommend them to anyone. I will use Penske or Hertz from now on.
