Truck Shop USA was great, and the pickup process went as planned. But the downside to this was getting a call the Sunday Morning prior to my departure from Tennessee from the U-Haul Green Bay Traffic Office requesting that I pick up the truck at another location. This is total BS and uncalled for and would have required me to revise several things and would have been a total waste of my time just to have me pick up a truck at another location further away from the desired pickup spot. I discussed this with the Truck Shop USA Representative, and they indicated this was a tactic used by U-Haul to get the corporate assets placed in service rather than letting the independents get their fair share of the market. So for U-Haul, they get a 1 Star, and Truck Shop USA, they get the 5 stars.
