The staff was great and very helpful at this location. We definitely recommend them. The equipment seemed fine except the tongue jack didn't work on the auto transport when we tried to use it later. We were very disappointed when told, the night before pickup, that we had to go 38 miles away -76 miles total. That was an extra 2 hours of driving to get it. Not to mention the cost of gas! There were 2 transports at the UHaul nearby, but we were told they were only for local, not one-way rental. The reservation location requests should be honored. There is no reason to send us so far out of the way to pick up. Especially when we were in a large city outside Chicago where plenty of auto transports are available.

Frank M.Quit expecting al customers to have smart phones. Not all of us do. I would have completed the reservation online if I'd had the option, but it required an app. Thankfully, the 800 telephone reservation system still works.

Finally called 800 number. Representative in Tampa area named followed up with rental location person and confirmed rental return date and time. Credit was received. Thank you U-Haul tep.
