I really did not want to do the phone app drop off because of the truck I had rented. I wanted it inspected by a live person before leaving it. The proprietor was not there and had a sign on the door that he or she would be back at 3 p.m.. They did not return and apparently were out doing other things. So after waiting for 30 minutes I did the phone app drop off. Was not able to see the inside of the business or meet the person so can not rate it. Would not recommend it either. Poor way to run a business.
