It was a great U-haul lo x action and great service. There were 2 things that could have been better. The 1st thing is that we ordered hand trucks and they did not have them when we picked up the truck, so when moving my safe (heavy), we had to use a 4 wheel dolly. The 2nd thing is that the U-haul was full of ants and my son and my self got eating alive for 4 hours straight. We ended up having to spray the truck and leave it over night to get rid of all the ants. After that we only had a few ants to deal with. It was a new truck and ran great but U-haul could definitely put some kind of bug repellent under thw seats to help with ants.

The truck was clean and did exactly what I needed it to do. Everything functioned properly. The staff was very polite and helpful even when having some technical issues. I did reserve a dolly for furniture but it wasn’t available- to no fault of the employees. It was a quick and seamless process.
