Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe were not properly checked in, so we received a message two days later, that we hadn't returned the U-Haul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fortunately, when we called the main U-Haul #, they were very polite, reassured us that we would NOT be charged extra, and cleared up this matter.

Greg RThe truck ran well and we had no w gone or tire issues, however, the truck was in a location that was difficult to find. There was no sign, phone number, or employee that we could find/contact. We had to call the tolls free u-haul number so they could contact the pick-up location attendant. The truck was parked in weeds that were 4’ tall and looked as if it had been parked for some time. It was difficult to get to and difficult to drive out of the location. Upon pick up, we did not receive the rented/ordered dollies, packing blankets, or shrink wrap. We had to drive to another city to get these items… as well as a trailer lock. These are items that we were told we would receive when we rented. The drop off location we selected sent us to another city… why was it an option? Overall, the truck was a good truck and the service was poor.
Georgina PWell where do I start. The original truck I had smelled like body odor so bad that I had to roll the window down the whole time. When I went to get gas in it there was a massive leak. When I called the location to pick it up he told us that it was not his problem and that we had to call U-Haul. No ownership at all. We did get swapped easily into a nicer, bigger truck. Things happen, I get it, but it was not a very pleasant experience.
