I'm sorry to say this but the customer service was horrible. I made reservations to pick up a truck through the phone. They made it for the wrong day the wrong time and the wrong place to pick up. Took me 5 different people to talk to to get it straightened up then they put me on self pick up that didn't work then I had to wait in line for an hour to pick up pass the reservation time. Then they quoted me wrong and it ended up spending twice as much money than originally was told it would cost.

The people were great and accommodating. We reserved a 15 foot truck. They mixed up our pickup time so it wasn't there. We were given a 20 foot truck at no extra charge (which I would expect). I wasn't excited about driving this large of a truck 1400 miles and in to NYC. I would assume it doesn't get the gas mileage as a 16 foot. So I don't know how to quantify it, but I'm sure it cost us more in fuel.

I paid for three days, but only got 2 days and 6 hours. Supposedly, the truck was reserved for the third day at 4pm. I picked it up around 9am the first day. When I dropped the truck off, there were at least 6 identical trucks parked on the lot. The agent spoke to me as if I were a mentally challenged child and kep using the term "rental period." Doesn't your ad use the term "day" and isn't a day 24, not 6 hours? I feel as if U-Haul ripped me off for 18 hours of truck rental. If this is representative of your policies, then I will never use U-Haul again. You DID ask!!!

Your computer systems went down and troubled the staff and created long lines but they were curious and efficient as can be handling the matter, perhaps rely less on tech or hire more tech support staff

Sorry for the POOR rating on location, but my check-in was a nightmare. It was one hour from check-in to driving out with a 5 x 8 trailer and the three additional items that I ordered on-line. Upon arriving, the U-Haul form had me ordering six additional item which I did not order. And I now see on my credit card statement that there are two charges equaling $250.74 from U-Haul. It seemed like an easy problem to correct, but the staff at this location were unable to rectify the problem. Some responsible person from U-Haul………….please call me. This whole thing has left a bad taste on my mouth. Order number 29058360.

My only complaint is that when I arrived there was no one there to help. Apparently their were only two employees working on a Sunday and the both of them were working on rental equipment. Another employee would have been helpful as them seem to be behind and busy for a Sunday. Granted, when an employee did finally show up she apologize for the wait.

Don't close up early as I'm in line to return the trailer. Maybe even let me in when I am at the door 1 minute before closing. Good product, poor customer service.

The staff here need a kido. The lady was out as soon as we pulled in. was very friendly and helpful really above and beyond service. (we were there on Wednesday Aug 9)

The start mileage on the truck I rented was incorrect on the contract. I notified the attendant before leaving the lot. She came out to the truck and wrote down the correct mileage and said she would change it but she did not and I was overcharged when I returned it.

I dropped the trailer off after having it for 3 hours, and called the next day to make sure it gets checked in. The lady (Elizabeth) who answered the phone said, yes we have it and I will make a note. 2 days later I got a bill for 2 days of use, I called to see what the problem was and the person who answered the phone (Leslie) said she can not refound the amount and it has to go through the General manager even though they are the ones who have made the mistake and she sees that I have called the next day and there is a note about me having dropped off the trailer. I live in Fayetteville and the only reason I would drive all the way up to Springdale to pick up a trailer was the customer service, which has changed for the worst.
