I was not able to drop off at the location chosen and had to travel additional mile to drop off. Overall would NOT recommend UHaul and will tell this story of uhaul un consumer attitude. You are terrible

Rented a car transport trailer and when I left the location I discovered issues with the equipment. Went back and had issues getting it corrected. Once I got a new trailer it pulled fine but found out it had no tail lights once it got dark. Had to pull trailer during dark hours with no tail lights.

Even with a reservation it took over 30 minutes to get the equipment hooked up. When I was loading the car I found the straps were frayed and difficult to connect. Once at the location the ratcheting device would not release due to being poorly maintained.

Once I picked up the truck my experience was great. Prior to getting everything scheduled was more work than it should have been. After making my first call a person from “scheduling” called. A few days later another person from “scheduling” called to confirm. Then the person from the actual store called to confirm. Just seemed like too many people working on my account. Overall very happy.

Nothing it works great Freddie wasnt at the twin city ave. Location when i went to get my truck. It was kinda of surprised but Carlos stepped up and had me log in and a truck sitting out side in bout 20mins tops prbly less then that. Just reassured me that Freddie had prbly had something to do with there training Cause Carlos was knowledgable,curteous and completely in control knew were to find the info and was fast. Thanks to Carlos for helping me out and making it easy.

With recommend them because they are about the only place in town. Manager is not friendly at all, approaching rude, and simply never gets in a hurry or acts like he much cares. The other employees are quite friendly and seen like they do care.

Only I can tell, your prices are so expensive. Before , I did remember, you pay for a day and , you give sert a millas, and after those miles, was a charge. Now don't have miles, and is expensive to rent

Absolutely horrible customer service. Most of the employees I encountered obviously hate their job. -First issue: I was told to call back in 10-15 minutes when I needed to extend our rental another day; but, when I called back FOUR times throughout the afternoon, nobody answered the phone. -Second issue: When I turned my truck in, it took them 30 minutes to get me checked out. -Third issue: When I turned in my truck, I was told I’d get a $30 gas credit. The next day the story changed. When I questioned this issue, Robert became upset very quickly and was out right RUDE. His supervisor (Mark I believe his name was) didn’t even apologize for his behavior and I still didn’t get my full credit. We have to rent a truck at least 2 more times before we complete our move; but, we will go out of our way to give someone else our business

I have rented twice from this location in the past 90 days. The only frustrating issue is that when you arrive to pick up your truck in the morning, their is never enough staff to assist all the people picking up. The amount of time spent picking up as truck from inside at the counter is almost an hour, but this seems to be a normal at all locations as I have rented many Uhuals in many states. Carlos the young man helping me yesterday did a good job, but he was overwhelmed with people waiting. The other young man that I believe was the manager was running around handling so many different issues that he just had no time to be at the counter. I originally had a mobile pick up reservation set a specific time but was an able to be there due to an emergency at that exact time. I arrived 90 minutes after at the pick up time and therefore my mobile pick up had been deleted. This was my first time to attempt to try mobile pick up. I guess I’ve learned from this experience that you have to be a perfectionist at hitting the time of arrival that you said in order for it to work correctly.

I’ve never had an issue in past visits- but today was the worst! Started when we walked in and were 5th in line with ONE person working the counter. 45 minutes later- finally got up to the counter, and was getting rang up- and with cash in my hand (never have paid this way before- never will again) paid for the service. Then the associate came back with 8 dollars (instead of full amount) and then proceeded to explain the deposit- AFTER the transaction was complete. IF I had known 60 dollars would have been “held” I would have paid with my card- but that option was null and void at that point. The associate when I brought the trailer back was wonderful. And took great care of me. Still didn’t fix the horrible experience though. Coming from someone who works in customer service- this was the poorest I’ve ever seen
