Requested a dolly, paid extra for one, and there was NOT one in the truck. Additionally, there are other charges that I need to inquire about. Just haven't had time to sit on a phone call yet. But, I plan to. I want a refund for not having a dolly at a minimum.

James cYou need to have a backup when your system goes down. I arrived a little early to pickup my trailer and the computer system was down nationwide. I had to re-arrange my plans and look for alternatives. The system managed to come back online just before closing 3 hours after I had initially arrived. All my other plans that day were delayed 3 hours. Had I not had the foresight to go back to the rental location just before closing I would not have been able to get a trailer and complete my move in time.
JOHN CVelma did a great job of helping me get the right equipment at the right time. She's super knowledgeable and friendly. Exactly what you need from a customer service perspective.
