Lady was very rude. My neighbor who drove his truck up there because my vehicle was in the shop to pick up the trailer was walking around outside looking at the trailers while I took care of the paperwork. Lady says, â€œoh you brought one of those helpful guys? I hate guys like that.â€ Then after paperwork was completed I was informed that the appliance dolly I had reserved with the trailer 2 weeks ago was not available. And I would have to find another location to get one. Had to find another and drive over resulted in having to book an extra day on the dolly because that location wouldn't be able to accept it dropped off in 24 hours because they were closed Sunday. When hooking up the trailer the lady said something and my neighbor asked, I'm sorry? And she snapped â€œcan you turn off the truck, I like to breathe.â€ My neighbor immediately says, â€œIm sorry, her sons in truck, I can hook it up.â€ She immediately comes back with â€œno, I have to do it, I didn't like breathing anywayâ€. Needless to say we were both just stunned and speechless by the entire experience. I would not recommend this location. They do not have the equipment you reserve and are extremely rude and annoyed to have to take your money.KRISTIN R.

The manager on site wouldn't open the gate and when I called he asked me to unload the trailer myself, which I did. I asked if I needed to sign anything to ensure the paperwork was right, he said no and that he would take care of it. As it turns out, they didn't code in the trailer correctly and showed that I never turned it in, and I had to pay an extra $143 for â€œwrong destinationâ€ fee. I finally got it corrected, but only after spending 45 min on the phone with customer service to get it worked out!Bo H.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Layout is not very good. Have to get their attention to pass thru a motorized gate to enter the yard, go inside the building for the transaction, then leave the yard and get the trailer from an alley outside the yard. Not sure anything can be done to improve the location since the trailers don't fit inside the yard. Besides the location issues, Uhaul checkout process continues to disappoint. I should be able to complete the transaction when making the reservation so I just need to back up to the trailer and have the staff confirm the transaction and make the hookup.MARK U.

Bearing burned up hub and blew out tire. I told uhaul roadside assistance. After notifying uhaul, 2;hours later they sent someone to verify that the bearing burned up and blew the tire. Then another 2 and a half hours goes by before they send a tow truck to tow back to uhaul in the opposite direction I was going. apologies from them but still charged me full price. I will be using someone else in the future even if it is way out of my way.JAMES D.

The folk at Blackwell Mini Storage were so nice and they went out of their way to ensure we could rent a truck when we needed it. The entire process was fast and pain free. They even realized a mistake I had made while entering my data online and ensure it was taken care of. Please use their service. I definitely will!Christy W.
I ordered online and preregistered via online check-in and even paid with a credit card and for some reason, the place did not have a record of that. I have provided a picture of my DL in my uHaul profile and they still needed me to send a picture of my DL (front and back). I am not sure why I even did that via my profile. we finally got through it but I was looking for a simplicity with COVID-19 and not have to go into the office. The person at the facility did not even wear a mask. I did because I am high-risk. The return was complicated as well because the facility was closed on Sundays, I wanted to return the trailer and furniture dolly and not leave it on the side of the road where someone could steal the dolly. I returned the trailer and put the dolly in an enclosed trailer right next to the one I returned. I also had to check it in online with pictures. Just a complicated return and too much trouble. The equipment was grade A as always from uHaul however there has to be a better check-in and return process. I will only rent from a facility that is open on Sundays.James K.
