The tires on the trailer as I was told by the Montana drop off location were in unexceptable condition and should not have been rented to me... tires were BALD and could have caused me s serious accident

For some reason not explained I had been "given" an extra day to return the 26' truck and auto transport, probably due the mess at pickup of my tow dolly. Even though I was still returning the equipment as originally agreed, I was charged for an extra day. I was told I would have to pay, but that the regional manager would credit it back to my card. That of course has not happened.

Made a reservation for 730 am online. Website said it was available received a confirmation email. Then get a text day before pick up saying a different time which was 12 hours later than I needed it. Call and fix it to. Go to pick it up and told I was a day early. I don’t know if there was a system glitch or what but my reservation kept changing

The doll we rented was not in the truck when we arrived. The location was closed at the time which caused some delay. However, as soon as the location opened, we received very good service. We also received very good service upon return.

Clerk was very helpful. Had a drop off location on Linden Dr. Springhill, Fl. Got email on trip home to drop at Edward R Noll Dr. Springhill. went there twice and not open. Linden Dr location wouldn't take unit. No room. sent me back to 14730 with phone number. wrong hours on web site. Went back at noon, still not open. Called # given. It was for a different location on Anderson Snow Rd. She was very helpful and let me drop unit off there. Tried to accomidate your Company and was given the run a round. Will think twice before I rent from U-Haul again. Call me to discuss.

She could not hook up the trailer without me tell her to how to do it and when I bought it back, she could not unhook it unless I told her how to unhook it with out a mule and I have to unhook it my self, then I showed her how to do it without a mule but, then she used a golf cart to move it. She needs more training. Field Manager should be accountable.

When I went to pick up the truck everyone was extremely friendly and my transaction was completed quickly. While I was using the truck throughout the day however, it had shut off 6 times on me while driving. I dropped the truck off over night and forgot something in the cabin. Someone from this store called me and asked if I needed the item and I told them that I did, but I also informed them about the truck shutting off multiple times and they just pretty much said "thank you for bringing that to our attention" and that was about it.

Picking up the truck took almost an hour. Employee at the counter had difficulty with the computer and had to contact someone to assist her. I had checked out online previous to arriving to save time which did not help. The employee then used her personal cell phone to take pictures of our drivers license which seems unprofessional and is not information one would generally give to a random stranger to keep on their phone. While I do not believe they were stored there, but merely uploaded to the website, it is not a comfortable thought for your customers. A link was then sent to my phone again for me to upload my own license since she could not get her pictures to work. So basically 3 times we attempted this and no time was saved. We were originally charged twice as much for the dolly. When I brought this to her attention and pulled up the account on my phone, the amount was changed in my account as well. Had we not all seen what the price was originally I would have been charged $40 versus the $20 that was originally quoted. Finally, getting everything to work and the paperwork completed, the truck was brought around to us. While leaving we realized the dolly was not loaded in the truck. So we had to go back inside to get this. It was not a smooth process and the employee was not friendly which may have made the entire situation less miserable.

Reserved a truck a week in advance. When I went to pick it up on my move day NO TRUCK WAS AVAILABLE!!!!! Had to wait nearly an hour for them to get a truck from another location (they even asked ME to go get it). Had to pay my moving men $100.00 to wait around for the truck!!! Asked a week in advance for a dolly to be reserved, they said they could not do that. No dolly was available on my move day. They did not have ample supply of furniture pads either. This was a common move day at the end of the month! Can't believe this from a company that ONLY rents trucks and moving supplies! Angry does not cove my feelings!

I called and reserved a Uhaul 3 days in advance and when we arrived there was no reservation. The truck was luckily available for my move. The lobby was scorching hot with the heat running full blast that I had to leave the lobby as it became hard to breathe while the lady reentered our info. During my move I received a call asking if I was ready to go forward with my quote I received days prior which was not supposed to be a quote. Seemed to be a complete hassle through this location. Next time I will reserve at another location. Our only issue with the truck itself was the padlock did not work.
