Mobile app is a total waste. I did the check in on my phone. Approval process once info was submitted took 4 minutes. Then the app told me to go inside, skip the line and pick up my key. I'm not a Neanderthal, so of course I didn't walk past everyone waiting in line, and was stuck waiting for 20 minutes to pick up the key, WHICH WAS NOT INSIDE AT ALL, but in a lockbox on the truck window. Why didn't the app just give me the code to the lock box?!? Totally inefficient. Very unsatisfied.
drop off was simple
Have blankets. Include straps in rental option.
Check Engine light was on and truck suspension was terrible. Bounced badly while on freeway

So nice to show up at the scheduled time and greeted warmly and finished paperwork and attendant took us right to the trailer! Very good service!

The manager is pretty knowledgeable and curious..I rent about 10 times a month..I won't go to another location and this location is out of my way..thanks Gary
Maybe have more pickups available at that site..
For the most part I'm happy with the service. My only complaint was when I went to pick up the rig. I had a long wait time even with the self check in. Poor guy was working alone. Also the dolly and moving blankets were not in the rig. When I turned in the rig the guy working there took off the charges for the missing items and helped me split the balance for the rental on two card with no problems. Returning the went fast as well. Ty
1st truck they tried to give me had a flat tire, the 2nd truck, had a broken turn signal light in the front, the back of it reeked of weed.
Managers were not wearing masks :/

Great service from manager Eric. I was stuck in the snow for a couple of days and they did not charge me for it. Really helped out in a stressful situation.
This was genuinely one of the wildest experiences I've had as a customer. I scheduled to use a mobile pick up and drop off, specifically to have a contactless experience. When I arrived, the code for the lock on my reserved truck was incorrect. I then had to get the help of a an unmasked employee. We tried three different trucks, all of which had incorrect keys or lock codes. Finally, the fourth truck had everything needed. Now, the mobile pick up does not give the ability to switch trucks. I asked the employee about this and he said I didn't need to fill anything else out. In his words â€œI'll switch everything over and it'll all be taken care of.â€ On returning the truck, nothing was â€œtaken care ofâ€. The mobile return page told me my mileage was invalid because it was lower than when I picked up the truck. I again was forced to go inside and ask for help. Inside the store, all three employees were unmasked. Masks are required by governor's mandate to be worn indoors. The unmasked employee that helped me noticed that the charge for the mileage was significantly higher than expected. We had driven a max of 15 miles, but were being billed for over 30 miles. After about 20 minutes, the unmasked employee helping decided he didn't know enough to resolve this issue. He then had to get the help of his unmasked manager (who helped me on pick up and said things were â€œtaken care ofâ€. The manager proceeded tell me I â€œshould have recorded the mileage in the pick up information, other wise we have no way of knowing how far you droveâ€. This would be valid, had my pick up been normal. After reminding him of the messy pick up experience, he implied that he was going to let me off easy by only paying for 15 miles, reiterating that â€œnext time, make sure to record the mileage on the siteâ€. I cannot state enough how disorganized, unhelpful, and confused this staff seems to be. I will be rescheduling at a different location, further away, just to avoid going through this again. AT LEAST WEAR A DAMN MASK. Everyone in the state has to.
Straps on the auto transport regularly came off the vehicle despite being properly installed and tightened. I highly recommend this to be reviewed as a system to secure vehicles since the straps stretch as the car moves during travel and the ratcheting mechanism slides easily to the left and right as well enabling it to slip off of tires.
We did ok. The back was clean but the cab & inside windshield had footprints on it. But I like U- haul so we will use it again.

While trying to drop off overnight was unable to, following the webpage said that this location was drop off by appointment because lack of space. The next day called then to let them know I was heading that way was put on hold over 45 min, was able to drive there before they got back to me on hold. Very frustrating return of equipment would not recommend this location.
Have a manager on site to talk to for problems that may arise. Have the Rental trucks ready for pick up time. Make sure all parts are ready and truck is not missing any important parts.
