Zakiya BThe owners of the truck there at Scooters were helpless. They hardly spoke any English. Absolutely no help whatsoever. It wasn't until Kyle got involved that it finally got resolved and that wasn't until 30 minutes later. Mind you it was 98° outside and so I was completely soaked in sweat. Will never rent and accept this destination as a pick up again.
John PLock box difficult to open. Didn't want this location wanted William D Tate and was changed to this with out my consent. Probably won't use U-Haul again.
