The female clerk at the counter was horrible!! She made me feel like I was bothering her. I handed her the key to the truck she took it it threw it I asked what to do next and with an attitude she yelled another associate to check out my return. I don’t know the procedure this is my first time renting a U-Haul truck. She should be retrained on how to treat customers!!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulthe rental pick up location was fine - the fact that it was 40 miles from my home was not (80 miles round trip). That is not a local pick up. Now I have to pay for the extra mileage and extra gas... I will be writing to your corporate office.
ANDREW JThe back of the van was clean. The front, where the driver and passenger sit, needs some TLC. Overall, the experience with reserving online, picking up and returning the vehicle was very nice. Customer Service was welcoming and friendly and, we were taken care of right away. We are pleased with our experience.
