The items that we had rented (dollies and blanket) were not in the truck. This was frustrating as we had counted on them for the move. The process also was a bit complicated. Took us more than an hour to check out the truck. There was no clear directions where the lock boxes were located plus trying to do the self check we ran into a couple snags. But overall a good experience.

JERROD BSince I dropped off the vehicle on a Sunday, I didn't speak with anyone personally. The key drop was quite visible, and the place to park the truck was accessible. I didn't have any problems with this location.
