We rented a U-Haul from this location over the weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. The parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver in and out of. There was actually a trailer parked directly in front of the truck we rented, so we had to physically move it out of the way. Even after doing that, we still had to drive through the grass just to get in and out of our parking space. It was a very tight and frustrating situation. Since the location was closed, we had to use the mobile app to pick up the truck. The process was confusing and not very user-friendly. We were directed to a lockbox to retrieve the keys, and even getting the lockbox open was a challenge. Returning the truck was much easier. We simply dropped the keys into the orange lockbox, and that part went smoothly. Overall, the experience was more frustrating than it needed to be. Between the difficult parking situation and the confusing mobile pickup process, it was not a location I would choose to use again

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI 't see how to improve. They met me as I drove onto the lot. Drop off was less than about 2 minutes!
Don WI’ve had issues with other U-Haul places but this location was straight forward and with a positive attitude. I would choose this location over any others in the area.
James CNot a lot of space to park. Otherwise good.
John KEasy and professional!
