Very helpful and professional staff. GM helped fix a computer error that grossly overcharged me in mileage. ONLY complaint was the “pre” instructions for checking in the vehicle after hours. In the future, make sure customers know to already have the Uhaul App open before turning in the keys to the dropbox.

Thanks to Daryl in Troutville,VA, we were able to finally get a truck. His work was great. U-Haul corporate has a lot of customer service issues that need addressing. The lack of trucks in the area made U-Hauls problem MY problem. U-Haul corporate should do a better job forecasting the demand to better address the supply in the area, or any area. I needed a truck for the previous Thursday, contacted U-Haul on the previous Monday and was told NOTHING was available, and after continuous calling and research, there was NOTHING available within a 100 mile radius until Sunday. Would have been great if U-Haul had the ability to better look beyond the immediate and support their claim that I just needed to call about 3 days in advance to reserve the truck. Your private owners throughout Western Virginia and into West Virginia were outstanding and willing to drive anywhere to pickup a truck for my use, but there were none. Again, U-Haul, you need to do a better job on the corporate level, as it is evident that those on the 1-800 number DON'T CARE, at the internet site is no better. I have a truck reserved in Tallahassee, FL for another one-way the weekend of August 4th, I certainly hope U-Haul doesn't drop the ball AGAIN, oh, and I believe there is a HUGE discount due on my next rental as a consolation for the trouble. Didn’t care to listen to our complaint that as long as we didn’t have any problem with there location he cannot do anything about it and that the truck was in bad condition and they should’ve given us another truck instead

We had a reservation for today July 1st 2018 but had gotten an earlier one yesterday. The rep said she would cancel today's reservation and just make a switch unfortunately my card was billed twice. Please look into this.
