Well, I think uhaul should not leave The dolly and big bag pack in the back of the truck instead make a suggestion to the customer that it is available for small fees. We have not use both of them but it took a lot of our space we paid for. Thank you

Great staff makes for a wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and helpful. I came in right before closing to drop off a truck and needed a storage unit as well. They had me all squared away in no time and were very pleasant about helping me. Most places would not have been so nice to someone coming in 10 minutes before closing! Great representatives for the Uhaul name.

Female at your location gave me incorrect info: stated tow dolly wouldn't work for my car, but guys at another location and this one saw no problem and tow to Ohio was good.

I would like to see the one ways not have a limit on mileage and instead work it in the rate.

The fuel gauge seems to be inaccurate. When I filled the gas tank the recommended number of gallons for where the setting was, it completely filled up the tank instead of filling it a little over half which is what it was supposed to do according to the UHaul chart. I let desk person know along with showing him my receipt and he was nice enough to credit me for the overfill.

The truck needed some maintenance and was not the easiest to drive. Which I'm sure that did not help with the gas mileage either. And it smelled on the inside. No one seemed eager or even happy the help me. If I asked a question and was met with distain and attitude. Just not a good experience at all.

The back of the truck was so dirty my moving company was even shocked. Truck felt like the transmission was having issues. The interior was nice and big, however completely understaffed when it came time to drop off.

Bad customer service ! I return the truck the same day a little bit after 5 pm and I was told they will be able to process any credit . I came the next day for my refund, there was two guys at the count they don’t even acknowledge me I was standing there the whole time they don’t even look at me until the manager said “ sir we will right with you “ and she is the one who process my refund and payments . Horrible experience no customer parking too .

I was assigned a dropoff location in Blue Ridge, GA that does NOT accept Uhaul trucks. I was stuck at 7:00 pm on a Sunday night with no place to return the truck. Had to call Uhaul customer service to find a dropoff place with night drop, and it was 40 miles away.
