When I returned the van I informed the employee I would like to change credit cards. She informed me that she would put the papaerwork on hold, all while having a conversation on her cell phone. Once inside the location, I informed the young man and he printed up the receipt. She had charged the original card. He said this must be a computer glich. Lol...it was incompetent because her priority was her personal conversation. Guess what when I walked out of the location she was still on her phone. Priorities? Evidentially personal conversations.

I came to the store about 10 minutes before closing- There was no worker inside- I waited another customer came inside she waited. Tim came in I walked up- He said he was going to take the lady behind me 1st said she was only buying tape- He didn't know what I wanted. He should not decide to allow me to be skipped because he felt her request would be faster. I walked up after she left. I grabbed Brandi card- Decided I will call her once I leave. She happen to walk in- I explained to her I was not happy with Tim taking a customer that was behind me 1st.- Brandi was VERY NICE- She was sorry it happen. She made me fell better about what happen. I just want Tim to get better training on handling customers. the location overall was good- Tim was Poor-- Brandi was Excellent

The man I spoke with was very rude and told me to go to a different location even though I had confirmed a van with them. He simply did not ask the right questions to direct him to my reservation (i.e. in- town or one way). Once I got the truck, the bottom portion had WET, TACKY PAINT. I got black paint all over my bags and clothes. It was ridiculous! Horrible!

I'm not happy with the way my statement was prepared or the reason I was overcharged. Or the lack of a corrected statement. They gave me a refund for the overcharged amount. I believe that it was not correct. This not about the money, I was not happy with the excuse provided, what may or may not have happened.

I am very disappointed with the reservation department I reserved a cargo van When I arrived at the location my reservation was showing the small box truck When mentioned I didn’t request a truck the clerk told me I was upgraded because was no vans available Without my consent Horrible way to do business A box truck cost more in gas, insurance, and mileage I am a small business owner I rented from U-haul multiple times I couldn’t believe the disregard considering the amount of business I bring to U-haul

Originally we were to deliver the truck to Vinings, GA (where we were) then it changed to a location off S Cobb @ 285. The location was very difficult to enter then to be told they could not take the truck at their location. We had to drive the truck down S Cobb @ Windy Hill. According to the mileage none of this seems like much but on Friday in Atlanta it took 1hour 45 minutes. If UHAUL needs the trucks in different locations they need to pay employees to move them. When we tried to turn into the location on Windy Hill they had their entrance blocked by guys repainting the lines in the parking lot. Seriously! Good news— employee was waiting on us.

Invest in a separate Parking lot there are so many trucks on the small site. When dropping off our truck our car was blocked by all the trucks. We had to drive on an elevated curb to get out without Damages.

Our reservation was confirmed to pickup at 209 Maxham Road, but when we get there, neither of the items were there for pickup. We were then switched to S Cobb Drive
