Had a very pleasant experience. The two gentlemen at the location had the truck ready for me as I came in. Process was quick and easy. A little bit of a pain to get into but other than that a very pleasant experience period would highly recommend.

I was not told that I needed to put Gas in the vehicle on return, just that I would be charged .99 a mile which I was charged for and an additional 8.50. I also called to speak with someone about my concern and was told the manager would have to remove the charge. I left my information for Ian the manager to call. As of this date I HAVE NOT been contacted about my concerns.

I'm in the film catering business I picked up the van to deliver food in at 5 a.m. and I pick it up at 5 p.m. it was so filthy I had to spend $25 to have it washed when I went back and mentioned it to the employees they just kind of laughed. I'm sorry that happened it put a bad taste in my mouth for U-Haul and I use you all the time

The Manager was very unhelpful, and rude. Maybe because it was early in the morning, but I’ve used this location numerous times but this was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced, from general questions and attitude that was presented to me.

Don't not tell people your drooping off at one location and tried to send them miles out of your way. Not good customer service. Your office was not truthful on drop-off location. Was not please with your customer service department. Very rude. Will have to thing about using your services again.

Think I have hearing damage. The truck either had literally no muffler or a massive exhuast leak. Insanely loud inside the cabin while driving and exhuast fumes inside cabin. The second truck in a row I have rented from two diff locations, both with major maintenance issues. The first truck had inoperable power steering, literally impossible to turn the steering wheel unless in motion. Doubt I will ever rent a Uhaul truck again.

I have moved a lot of times and every time I use U-Haul. However, this time the truck was driving funny. It was stuck in tow haul and when I called the store which I rented the truck from he told me how to fix it, but it didn’t work. No fault of the young man on the phone. I think before you rent a truck to someone make sure it’s safe. I almost lost control twice! I couldn’t take it over 30 mph. When I picked it up I thought maybe I need to adjust driving a big truck and I live 3 min away from this location. Which is why I didn’t notice it. But i was on a major time crunch and didn’t have time to come switch the trucks out. (Which none of the employees offered to do, no apologie or anything!!)

Your online reservations and customer notification systems have lots of room for improvement. I received no status update from UHaul regarding location of the trailer I had reserved. Thought it was available at my preferred rental location, the trailer was actually reserved for me at a different location, which was never communicated to me. So, why was it not reserved for me at my stated/preferred location? And if not available at that location, why was the reserved location not communicated to me? How am I supposed to know where to pick up the rental vehicle if it isn't communicated to me where I'm supposed to pick it up??

speakers were busted so the radio didn't sound good at all. I was charged .79 cents a mile in which I think is very high, higher than average 59 cents a mile.
