Location is very convenient and has too much traffic (rentals & returns. When I went there were 2 employees, I was third in line and then 4 more came in to rent and returns. Both employees were very good and rushed to take care of all. They did very well. More help might be necessary at peak times.

The location I first chose did not have the equipment represented on the web site. I chose this site to minimize my travel time, but was forced to go to a further location. I would prefer honest representation on the web site of available equipment and not have to be shuffled around to wherever the equipment is located.

I was VERY dissatisfied with the system outage that took place on Saturday, August 25, 2018, I was at the location for almost two (2) hours because of issues with Uhaul's server. Ronnita, Joshua and the other gentleman gave GREAT customer service. I was the issue with the site. They even tried to get me checked in on their cell phone and was not successful. I logged into my Uhaul account and it said my express check-in was successful, but it was not. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Uhaul and would like to be compensated for my inconvenience. I had movers waiting on me and a couple donated furniture and they had to wait until I was able to get the truck. I am not a satisfied customer. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

See above for the review, but I’ll copy and paste it here because the truck is in this location now. The only issue I had was that the cording on the loading door for the truck was messed up and made it difficult to open and close. There was a clicking sound when you hit the gas peddle, and the latch was really tough to operate. It may have just been an old truck, but it was really clean and overall worked just fine for a long distance move. I had a great experience overall and utilized the movinghelp that uhaul offers for a very satisfying experience. I highly recommend these guys.

The self-check-in process needs to be more streamlined and user friendly. It takes more time than it would to just check-in, so it’s not any sort of improvement or convenience. It’s a waste of resources if it’s not going to provide any quality to the service.

Management had absolutely zero clue about proper safety protocols, as well as even understanding properly loading a vehicle onto a trailer. Multiple trailers had malfunctions to even be able to properly secure the vehicle which should have already been solved before our arrival for pick up. This inconvenience set our trip back multiple hours which delayed our ability to begin our move. This experience was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have ever had with a company. The lack of knowledge - training - safety and organization made it a nightmare. Upon arrive to our drop-off location, the employee who help us there notified us of all the things that could have gone wrong due to the improper handling of management at the S. Cobb drive location. I have never written a formal complaint before but this was quite possible the worst experience I have ever had.

I returned the U-Haul in Dacula, Ga and paid for half a tank of gas at that store. Someone has it listed as returned to Smyrna, Ga with less than half a tank. This is a fraudulent charge to my account. I need U-Haul to responsed and return my money.
