When I rented.the the truck I was told I had to have it back in 2 hours but after I I returned it and Paid, I was told I could of had it all day. All day would of been great because I had more things to move.. I wish it had of been explained to me more thoroughly..:( I Feel like I wasted $60.

I had originally reserved a truck in Norcross, however when I showed up at 8 AM I was told there was no truck for me. I never received any contact notifying me that there was an issue with reservation. I then had to call around to other locations myself to find a truck, and finally found one at this location 30 minutes out of the way. The customer service at the call center was absolute garbage and no help whatsoever

Location was well-kept with a great variety of U-Haul trucks and additional equipment/items for purchase inside the building. Pick up was very quick and easy. They also had good set-ups to allow for social distancing inside the building and at drop-off.
Staff was helpful in finding the right rental for me.
The 15ft. truck I rented was very dangerous, both side mirrors moved as I drove thus allowing me ZERO visibility of other vehicles in the adjacent left and right lane. I didn't have a passenger and couldn't get out the truck move the mirror & get back in to view. This ordeal was horrifying to say the least.
I reserved 15' uhaul truck for 10:30 am but it wasn't ready until 11:15 am. They said it was not ready when I got there and they needed to sanitize it so I was behind schedule to meet movers. They also told me I could not park at their location and should park across the street at the Motel 6. I had to walk across 5 lanes of traffic at a VERY busy intersection (where I-285 and South Cobb Drive intersect). I didn't feel safe leaving my car in this area although the lady at the Uhaul counter did say that it should be safe because police patrol over there all the time. I did not have any mechanical issues with the truck once I got it.
The team that was working on 7/16 and 7:17 were very professional and very customer oriented. The equipment was clean and made me feel safe during COVID and to bring into my home. Thanks UHAul.
Agent incorrectly entered the wrong check in time, almost 2 hours difference from the actual check in time causing me to be charged for another day. I'm still waiting on the charges to be corrected.

The truck is leaking on the inside. On rainy days it could really mess some people's items up. It definitely wet mine.
Rich went above and beyond. I had spent over an hour on the phone and was transferred three times when trying to change my return location. Original location I selected no longer existed. Second location nearby was closed, although I was within their hours of operation. Third nearby location had no space on his tiny lot. Finally I just came here and Rich was very professional and friendly. I told him I needed to get on with my day and he took it upon himself to "save the day". Thanks, Rich!
The management imposed a rule that limits customer parking to one hour that is not communicated to customers when they reserve online. I had made my reservation a week in advance and didn't find out until after I had done my paperwork that I couldn't leave my car onsite for the duration of my rental. This inconvenienced me to where I had to cancel my previous reservation and try to find a ride for the next one. I had never had an issue with this location until then and the manager was not customer friendly, she even questioned how how I was typing in my information on the card machine and walked off before giving me my cancellation invoice. The second representative, Clarence I believe, was much more professional and he restored my confidence in this location.
Not lie about drop off location. Had to drive another 40 miles to a different location then where my truck was dropped off. Wasting my time and money. This move was full of blunders by your personnel.
They didn't check out my reservation when I dropped the uhaul off at the location. They told me they would email a receipt. I had to call 3 times to make sure that it was done. To improve, do your job and don't lie to the customer's face.
Manager was rude & overcharged for a less than 2 hour rental with barely any gas used...
