The inside of the truck was filthy. One of the two CS folks woke up on the wrong side of bed. I won’t be going back.

Upon arrival, there were only 2 guys working and there were 5 customers in line. One was outside cleaning up a truck for a customer to use and the other guy was at the desk. However, he had to leave and go outside to hitch a trailer up for a customer. The 2 guys had no customer service skills. Both were cold and methodical. What ever happened to greeting a customer with a smile and a hello.

Your online app indicated that this location had several,trailers available, I got there to find there were NONE available. The agent worked with me to find me one..she was GREAT! But when I returned it, the online app would not work and I had to call Customer Service and was on hold for over 15 minutes. She was not able to check me in. Luckily I had dropped my contract in the box and they checked me in the following morning. NO issues with this location, but many issues with the U-Haul infrastructure and apps.

First they switched me from a 10’ to a 15’ and tried to charge me for it. Then she said she would “give” me an extra 20 miles, but then charged me for it. Said there was 7/8 of a tank in the truck but there was only 3/4. So I got charged extra when it brought it back with 3/4 of a tank. Never going there again.

I had a reservation at 115 for fulton industrial location. The truck never showed up. Should be a better policy put in place for this situation

Showed up on a Saturday morning, Place was packed and only one poor guy working. He was obviously flustered and gave me the wrong truck. Had to bring it back. The replacement truck I was given was not in good condition. Needed some serious engine work. The guys that helped me were great just too bust for one guy on a Saturday morning.

The employee, Stephanie, was so helpful. From the night I reserved it to the time I brought it back. I had situation with being blocked in to Friday afternoon traffic on a holiday weekend. I called and told her didn't think I'd make it back, she gave me some extra time, but actually I made it back real close to time. The thing is she actually answered the phone which is hard to get someone to do.

I would not recommend using U-Haul to anyone. We had a reservation for pick up in a location by our house and I was alerted it had moved to somewhere 30 minutes away. I do not understand why U-Haul allows you to book a specific truck, time and location if it is not available? I had my pickup location moved closer to our secondary location we were moving to that day and when we arrived at our reservation time the truck was unavailable. The previous renter dropped off 15 minutes before our pick up time and left with out the key. Why would the U-haul associate not check out the customer and collect the key? Why wouldn't there be a second set of keys for every truck? It was a disaster booking with U-Haul and I will never do it again.
