Location attendant has no idea how to complete transaction, after receiving keys to first truck that would not start due to 100% dead battery the attendant had no idea how to adjust to the other truck of same same and just kept saying it’s going to cost your more money over and over, taking the matter in my own hands and calling Uhaul and being transferred thru to 5 different people we finally were able to change plate #er to truck that was functioning. -After all of this and wasting much of my time off and availability to complete pick up of appliance we were unable to acquire that evening and had to drag it out till following day and due to work as we stay very busy the truck was returned late and we were charged way more than expected. -Called Uhaul customer service and same situation going thru 4 different people and finally shoved off that AFM would call, well still waiting for this call. -I as well have called AFM and left vm only to still not received any communication. -A refund is in-order for Uhaul to do the right thing and take care of this issue. Sandy G CollinsEverything went well until I return the vehicle and the store owner tried to charge for excess fuel. Good thing I took my own pictures to show the store owner before and after. When I showed the store owner the pictures, he quickly fixed the price. Other than that little "hiccup", everything was fine.
