Terri's was closed on Sunday when I returned the truck so I returned it to Terri's Grocery. The lady was very unpleasant.

I had reserved an appliance dolly and upon receiving truck, I was informed that there was no appliance dolly available. The representative told me one was available at another location which took me about 15 minutes to get to, only to be told there were no appliance dollies there either.

The only issue we had was we booked the u-haul and when we arrived to Terry's to see if we could pick up early they had no record of the reservation. This was very stressful since we were moving our son to college that day. Lucky they had a u-haul there so we didn't have to wait. We had to go through the process all over again. Later we got a call from another location saying we had a u-haul reserved. This was so confusing and stressful

I do not recommend using UHAUL @ ALL It has nothing to do with the people where I picked up . I received neither the place and time that I requested.

Nothing. The staff was extremely helpful. They should have some additional training in how to hook up trailers especially with the emergency brake but other than that they were great.

On a trailer of this size and tongue weight (even when empty), I expected it to be equipped with a jackstand. Once the trailer was loaded, it was impossible for us to unhitch it from the tow vehicle when we had to run errands, go to church, etc. Otherwise, the trailer was in great shape and towed very well. The staff at the pick up location were very friendly and helpful.

well when I went to pick up a trailer, after I made arrangement's on line. I was given a location to pick up but when I get there to pick it up I was told that I was to pick up the the trailer at different location! The left hand does not know what the wright hand is doing! Communication needs work!

Our original pick up location was on Opelika Rd. Auburn Alabama. It was necessary for me to change my plans from a Saturday morning pick up to a Hurried Friday afternoon pick up. Not to mention the 1 hour drive difference.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had renting a truck. The original individual I reserved from, seemed to be the only individual that was the least bit concerned with good customer service. I received a text arbitrarily cha nging the location and time, and the individual I dealt with seemed rushed and very pushy. The location I picked up from didn't have a clue about what they were doing, taking over an hour, and were totally unprofessional. When I attempted to return the truck to the original location I reserved from, the staff dealt with numerous errors including a 1900 mile discrepancy mileage charge. Ultimately I was referred back to the individual who changed the pickup location, and was again spoken too very bruskly, with no consideration of good customer service. I will strongly recommend anyone that ever asks to absolutely never use the uhaul company.

Open cage, with a dubious key drop location. Just didn't feel safe. No complaints on the check-in on the overnight drop.

This location was also 40 miles from where my reservation was supposed to be. Very inconvenient!

I was told a time for pickup over the phone, but truck was not available at that time. I drove back to my house, which was 30 mins away. I came back at 12:30 to pick up. Then they did not have all my supplies that I ordered. They did not have the furniture dolly and hand truck. I complained very strongly. I ended up moving without the extra supplies.

Allow trucks to be rented for 24-48 hours without feeling rushed to return them. Other than that, it was a great experience.

This location was the worst business I never dealt with in a long time. When I stated I needed to speak with someone about the uhaul I returned to there location, She said, "what about it". I said do you have someone else I can speak with. She asked why and I said do you really speak to your customers this way. I called this location two times trying to find out what to do about returning the truck to them. No one called me back. By the end of the day I called the Columbus Location back and spoke with Devon and he said he was still waiting to hear back from them. I asked him if he would call me back to let me know what to do or what the cost difference would be. I was not called back by the Columbus location either. A week later I am receiving an email stating I owe over $240. I called the Columbus location and was told he showed as not being closed out and she put me through to another dept and this person told me I needed to submit this review to get someone to call me back with authority. I mean really. I own a business and this is not how I would ever dream of handling a situation. I can't be the first person that has returned to the wrong location without realizing it. I assumed as long as your returning to a uhaul location your doing what you should. Never would I have expected to still be trying to get this handled. Both locations need further training on handling rental and return information and the Terrys location should not be handling rentals at all. They have no customer service at all.

i was told the truck was a 20 foot, it was a 17 foot? after loading 3/4 of the truck, i realized i didn't have enough space. i measured the box and it was a 17 foot box of course u-haul said it was a 20 foot, had to unload the 17' to a larger truck u-haul provided. The worst customer service i have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!! To improve your customer service, fire the general manager or whom ever is over customer service
