Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI originally had reserved a truck to be picked up in Newport on Saturday morning. When I called to let Newport know I was in my way, I was informed that they didn't have my truck or ANY truck for me!!! The lady said she informed the main office and they were supposed to call me. I hadn't received any call. So after about an hour worth of run around calls., I was able to travel a out 30 miles out of my way and way behind schedule to pick up a truck at Sandy and daughters in Skowhegan. The gentleman there was VERY nice and set me up with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
Deborah BCheck the back up lights and all lights, Some reason it was hard to see out of the passenger window taken a left turn.
chris tThey definitely know the equipment and how to maintain the equipment. Also how to inform the customer proper usage of said equipment. And even the facts of features some may not use the customer still receives the knowledge.
James CEverything was great!
