This store was absolutely amazing. I reserved a truck from a different location. Upon arrival they didn't have a truck. I called u-rent and they got me right into one. They were extremely understanding and made everything go very smooth!
My only issue for the most part. Vehicle was left with less than a 1/8 of a tank and I left it with 5/8 of a tank. I only received a credit of $7.00. Vehicles should be left with at least 1/2 tank for customers. I am requesting a $75.00 credit for extra gas put into the tank so please credit an additional $68.00. Customer service a bit rude! Return times are not good had to keep trailer extra day and had to pay for that
The manager was grumpy and not helpful over all, questions like; do you need a truck with a ramp, do you need any dollies? Once i rented the truck it was too late and I did need those things so I didn't get done everything I needed.

The gentleman working at the rental place was very nice. I arrived 12 mins early to pick up the trailer I rented. There was only one gentlemen checking customers in. I waited about 45 minutes before I was helped. I rented the 6x12 trailer. The other gentlemen hooked up the trailer and the lights were not working on the uhaul trailer. They tried to fix it but were unable. They had to call other places to see if there was another 6x12 trailer I could pick up. The closest one was Agoura Hills. I was not going to drive to Agoura to pick up another trailer, They were able to find me a 5x9 trailer which made us have to run a few more trips but we took it. I was charged for both the 6x12 trailer and the 5x9 trailer. It is now 4 days later and I have not received a credit for the 6x12 trailer that I did not get to rent. The people working there were all friendly and polite and I have no issue with them. The over all experience was horrible and wasted 2 hours of my time that should have been spent moving.
The on line check in and check out process is time consuming
This place was discussing. Gary was very rude. Don was great. There was an issue because I was scheduled to return the equipment after hours. I was told to just return the equipment and take a picture that it was not a big deal. Then I get my invoice and I was charged a after hours fee. I would never do business with this company again.
I thought it was strange that they needed a second contact phone number and that they had to call that person to confirm the number. I have never heard of that and I really did not like it.

The gentleman at the front counter, although I did not get his name, was excellent! (he was wearing a Lakers hat) Very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I rate him a 10 out of 10 stars!
I hated this location. Horrible customer service and poor priorities management from over the phone to in person customer. 45 minutes is unacceptable for picking up a rental item that I was first in line for. Dropping off wasn't much better. I will encourage others to never visit this location because of the lack of urgency and poor customer interaction.
my only complaint was the side mirror on the drivers side of the truck. The mirror was moving while I was driving. It's unstable.
Owner attention was to non-Uhaul renters. I was asked to wait (45 minutes) because the "paperwork for Uhaul takes 30 minutes".
Awesome job by all there in face of this pandemic. Glad they were still open.

Took an hour to check in
The truck broke down on the freeway when I was driving to return it. All of a sudden the truck started to shake and you could feel the engine sputtering out and it finally stopped moving. I was stuck on the freeway for about 20 minutes, then when I turned the truck back on only one engine light was on, whereas when the truck started to shake two lights came on quickly and flashing. The location is great, the people who work at the location are excellent. The truck breaking down and being charged for that day is ridiculous. That isn't the people at URent but the corporate people at UHAUL that have no representation and make the brand UHAUL meaningless with no personal sense of who the company is
Maybe replace the radiator hoses every so often so they don't bust on a Sunday in the middle of the desert.
There was some confusion/change to the online pickup process. It wasn't a huge inconvenience but the links sent to update ID photos and vehicle inspections asked for a contract # and a vehicle #â€”no combination of the information on the forms provided seemed to allow access to further steps.
